Well I don't want to be that "Karen" but the manager here was very rushy... and totally fucked my nails up. I wanted square long black French tip with heart designs also added a "w" for my boyfriend. The nude color she did with clear, when she filed my nails they were uneven. Also I wanted pink hearts she picked out a whiter color and when she drew the "w" she literally laughed and I said it's fine because I was ready to be done then when she finished they weren't dry at all and she told me they were I'm very disappointed, if you go here don't let the manager do them ... the other ladies were very nice and didn't rush. 10/10 don't recommend going here. read more

I got my nails done last night at 6pm and at 7 this morning 5 nails are already chipping off. I just got gel but they should have lasted longer than 12 hours! $50 to have cute nails for a few hours. My event is Sunday and there's no way these are going to last. I'll have to get them done AGAIN somewhere else. read more

This is my go to nail salon. I usually love all the work they do on me. I'm not a picky customer at all, but yesterday when I went in for my wedding nails, I wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I called earlier in the day to make an appointment with Vee since I was recommended her for being good with nail designs. I personally don't know the ladies by name so when I got to the salon I told them I had an appointment with Vee. Kelly, who I now know by name, came up &' I showed her the design I wanted. I told her I wanted gel on both hands and toes. She said she didn't have gold foil but a similar polish color she could use. I said okay. I mean if she knows what she's doing I'll trust her. The base white color came out great. However; when it came to adding the glitter design, that's when things went down hill. I kinda had a feeling she wasn't comfortable with herself working with the glitter because the first nail she did, she stopped &' removed it. The glitter was suppose to go on half the nail only, but it was so messy that it was going on all the nail. I gave her the benefit of the doubt &' thought that make she would go back to clean it up somehow, but that wasn't the case. When it came to the 'gold foil color' on the tip, which she was using a polish instead, it looked more orange than it did gold. I told her I was not happy with any of the outcome. It looked nothing like the picture I had showed her. She went off on me by saying I was wasting her time and that she was doing her best. I acknowledged that she was but it wasn't what I had showed her. I understand that it wasn't going to look exactly like the picture, but I didn't expect for them to look sooo different from it. The fact that she kept egging it on as loud as she could for everyone to hear was completely embarrassing and humiliating. I didn't argue back and just told her to remove the glitter and how much it would be for the base white color. As she was removing the glitter, she was pulling and tugging on my hand hard. Never have I felt so belittled. I just wanted to have a nice experience getting my wedding nails done. If she didn't know how to get I wanted in my nails, she should've asked someone else. After all, my appointment was with Vee not Kelly. I don't think I'll be going back after being treated that way. read more

New owners. Please go here as the work is great. Dip nails and pedicure was beyond perfect. Kaian did my pedicure and she foes the best massages. She move here from another local salon. Tina did a french dip on my nails and the are fabulous. Highly recommend this place and its very clean snd relaxing. read more

Waited over an hour for a pedicure and was not serviced. Two other women they knew came in after me and were serviced right away. This is very disappointing. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Beware if you want anything done within a reasonable amount of time. read more

Called when they opened in the morning and made and appointment for later in the day. They got me in right on time, and I was given excellent service! Philip knows what he's doing, and did an excellent job on my dip mani. Their salon is very nice, clean and modern. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone! read more

The service was good, friendly and attentive. Nails came out good, spa chair was comfortable and eyebrows wax came out good. Nice selection of colors and spa services. I did have to wait 20 min before they started my service but it was busy Friday afternoon and I had no appointment, at least I could relax in the massage chair while I wait.
