When I politely asked how much longer it would be, her response was snippy and unprofessional. She even asked, "Why? Do you have somewhere else you need to be?" I explained that I had another appointment and would need to call and push it back. Her only response was an annoyed sigh. I had to decline an originally planned part of my service because the new product (an only option) used has something I'm allergic to in it. Throughout the service, she barely spoke to me and only offered to count down halfway through the wax appointment. It was more painful than usual and felt very rushed. Her overall demeanor made me feel like she was annoyed to be there--or at least annoyed to be working with me. To make matters worse, it has been two days since my appointment and I have not received any follow-up survey, which is usually standard. This is not the level of professionalism I expect, and it made the entire visit uncomfortable. I doubt I will return to this establishment and will definitely decline service from this technician.

I was charged $5 for the shape, but the shape didn't change...I just received the normal filing that should come with the service. I was charged an additional $5 for long nails and they are mid-length. There were a few more questionable charges. The staff is extremely kind, so I don't want to take that away from their services. However, the fees are absurd and the fact that it changes (increases) for the same services each visit makes me question the owner's ethics. Needless to say they lost my business after today's visit.
