He answered all of our questions to the best of his ability and he worked quickly. We also needed to make copies of our documents, so that was very easy to do as well. I've always had positive experiences at UPS stores, but Blake really stood out as a wonderful employee--just making everything so easy for us--so he deserves a shout out!
