I advise you not to work with Denise, she is dishonest and half straight. Also, if you are thinking of renting the house at 283 Carlo Drive check: 1. the heating system (does not work well), 2. mold in the kitchen cabinets, and sink, 3. the stove (does not work well, it is obsolete), 4. the sprinkler system (it is broken), 4. rats and spider infestation.
