He explained the entire estimate to me. Very nice businessman. I dropped my car before vacation and he kept it until I got back. My car was perfect. He even took care of something he didn't have too. My car was washed and shined. The inside was cleaned, vacuumed and my mats were cleaned. Far above my expectations. I am very pleased with his service. Alone the body work is awesome but the extras made this an excellent experience. I will recommend Precision to everyone.

The facility is very nice, the people are service-minded and they delivered the repair in record time - faster than the estimated duration. Because they're in the preferred network of our insurance provider, we didn't have to do much when their initial estimate was low. Brad and team worked directly with the insurance company and we simply paid our deductible. I hope we never need body work again, but if we do, we're going to Precision.

We had a bad experience here. My daughter called me from college and told me that a man at this…read morebusiness verbally quoted her $1100 for an oil change and a 4 wheel disk brake job. This prompted me to drive 4.5 hours one way to see just 'what was what' at this shop... In their defense, one caliper did need to be replaced (as one wheel's brake was 'metal on metal'), the 4 rotors needed to be replaced (along with pads), and one stud/lug nut was cross-threaded. My daughter is a 20 year old who 'calls em like she sees em'. All I know for certain is that she didn't like this place. I told him 'not everyone in Clinton is rich' during a civil 'one on one' conversation outside. I asked him rhetorically, "With all due respect, $1100 for brakes??; What do you think the car is worth, $2000?" He replied, "Well, maybe a little more than that." He shrugged his shoulders and went back inside. It is a 12 year old very common sedan. I took the car elsewhere, on the outskirts of an east coast city... It turns out that the car also needed a new lower control arm (it had a cracked bushing), badly needed new spark plugs, and needed a new oil sender unit (which was leaking a lot). ALL of this additional work (plus all of the work quoted) was completed for $1000 elsewhere, (Parts and labor fully warranted, licensed mechanic, done within 24 hours) Do the math & good luck in selecting your repair shop.
