The person responding to my texts, who I believe was Abigail, was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to the company's main number. Unfortunately, despite her responsiveness, I still had difficulty getting the information I needed from the technician assigned to my project. I understand that delays can happen, but timely communication and following through on commitments are important. I wanted both the walls washed and the windows. We ended up adding solar panels too and also got 4 broken screens replaced. I love that they can do it all! The work was done expertly and a week later when I was cleaning inside I noticed a screen where the tab had fallen out of the re-screen. I called Ryan out and he immediately scheduled a visit and not only did he fix it, he even touched up a few windows he felt had smudges.
