I reached out to a few window cleaning companies to inquire about washing exterior windows, screen and solar panels for myself and a few of my neighbors. Jon, owner of Skyline Window Cleaning, was the only person who did not attempt to nickel and dime me. He provided a very competitive quote, which also applied to my neighbors. We scheduled an appointment on Friday for the following Tuesday after 2PM. Jon and Heather arrived early. They both worked very hard, while completing all seven homes by 7PM. My neighbors along with myself are very please with the job well done. My windows are crystal clear and my screens no longer have that "dusty" smell. Scheduled an appointment on Friday for Monday. Company responded via text for an arrival between 2-2:30pm. We each confirmed the date and time. Monday came around but Skyline Window did not. Contacted them at 2:30 no response contacted again at 3:30, no response. At 4:00 sent them a text stating disappointment and not appreciating the lack of communication. Skyline just left my house and now I have sparkling clean windows. They gave me an arrival time and were spot on. Jon gave me a price range over the phone and when he looked over my house the final price was at the low end of the range. Great news as I always assume the final price will be the highest possible. He worked on my house with a team of two other people and they were done with my 3300 square feet in under two hours. The windows sparkle the screens are clean and even my tracts are clean. To top it all off the team was sweet to my dog who alternated between barking at them with jumping on them and licking. Very nice and professional people. My 80 year old parents used this company for window cleaning and screen repair. The issue was not with the quality of the cleaning, what they did was take the screens for repairs and never returned them. Many call were made and promises to return the screens which never occurred. Please stay away from using this company if you want an ethical business working at your home. We have tried many, many window cleaners thru the years, BUT, I must say that Jon & Heather are by far the best window company we have ever dealt with. They are very professional, courteous, and their work is OUTSTANDING. The price by far was much better than the others that I received bids from. Jon gave me a minimum to maximum over the phone. After they were done, he requested the minimum, which is very rare. Most people request the maximum quoted. And of course, we gave them the maximum quoted and I must say it was well deserved. I found Jon here on Yelp while looking for someone to take care of our business. The Edwards in Newport Beach is quite a big task and Jon and team stepped up to the plate. Jon was very communicative and did great work on what ended up being close to 500 different window panes. They got everything done in less than 24 hours from start of the job. While there were some high windows and mirrors that were a bit streaky or spotty off the bat, Jon offered to come back out and fix them free of charge to make sure we were satisfied. He was able to fit us into his busy schedule within 2-3 days to come back to correct any issues we noticed. Jon was extremely professional, and very reasonably priced.
