I called 15 min ahead of my arrival. The therapist was quick to respond and proceeded (with attitude) to give me directions. Because of work being done on the building in front of the spa there where multiple areas of the road blocked off. She proceeded to call me back and YELL at me telling me that I didn't listen to her. She was so rude that if I wouldn't have lost my money due to the cancelation policy I would have immediately looked elsewhere. Around that time, I was speaking with Nancy about my own skin cream and casually mentioned my daughter's situation. Nancy immediately asked thoughtful questions--about sugar intake (which was high) and sports (she plays varsity soccer). She then asked for a photo and quickly suspected fungal acne rather than traditional acne. Nancy made several practical recommendations, including reducing sugar and trying an over-the-counter antifungal.
