I told my friend that I'd just come back the next day and just ask them to take them off so that is exactly what I did I went in and ask politely " As soon as I left yesterday my nails got messed up because they weren't dry and this is not what I asked for at all can we please just take them off" He continued to tell me that it was my fault my nails were messed up because I chose to do regular polish instead of gel and that he would charge me $10 to take the nails off the nails that he and the lady messed up on!!! I didn't even ask for my money back I just wanted these ugly ass nails OFF. These people are HORRIBLE at doing nails and don't even know how to properly do nails I'm surprised they are still in business...if you want cheap ugly nails and an owner that doesn't listen and argues with you this is the place to go!!!

As a consumer, it doesn't seem normal for the owner of a business to refuse to honor this coupon especially after walking him through how it looks on the app on the consumer end - especially since this was the main reason I chose this nail salon over others to try. The owner stated "he's going to try to get it taken down".... But if that's been up since 2018.......its now 2023.... Regardless, the quality was VERY good. But not honoring their posted coupon put a sour twist on an otherwise very enjoyable experience.
