The Pressure Washing Guys are masters at what they do. Our rooftop and house were filthy. I had admittedly been delinquent on washing the exterior of our house because past pressure washers I used have broken something on our house every time - doorbell cameras (yes, multiple times), glass from our outdoor lights, security camera, etc. Will and Kyle came out and took care of cleaning our roof (which I didn't realize needed cleaning untill I looked at their website and found out that moss is not good for roof tiles). They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. Nothing was broken! It was very easy to schedule with Brett. He even called to check on how things were going at our house from out-of-town. I thought Will did great job pressure washing my back patio, front area, and driveway. It was easy to get in touch with Brett to book a time. The only issue I have was the cost. Brett capped the cost at a certain amount and when the cleaning was almost done, I was told that it was more work and would be an additional one hundred dollars. I always want to compensate fairly and while I do agree that it was more work than expected, I prefer to be made aware of this in the beginning, not at the end. I reluctantly agreed because it is an awkward situation but it left me feeling a bit uneasy. Will did a wonderful job, but just want to make others aware to confirm total cost upfront so you are not surprised. Update: Brett reached out to me and was able to resolve the situation. We had pressure washing of our roof and it looks almost new when they finished. The price was more than fair, if not a little under priced for what we received. I've heard horror stories of what can happen with pressure washing rooves, and they put those fears at ease.
