Over an extended period, missed deadlines, incomplete documentation, poor communication, and a lack of follow-through ended up costing my business thousands of dollars. In my experience, personal matters also seemed to impact the overall performance and responsiveness of the agency. As a business owner, I expect an insurance agent to be proactive, organized, and dependable, especially when handling commercial insurance. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I had issues with the insurance company and Eric was of absolutely no help. this guy is definitely on the side of the insurance company. this is the laziest agent I have dealt with. if you want aggravation and frustration, you need to see this guy. give this guy money, get no customer service, get no help with the insurance company. maybe im too old fashioned that I expect an agent to do their job, but im going to keep looking, I have faith anyone will be better than this 'agent.' what a terrible experience

PDI settled a large claim against our HOA without our concurrence that will increase our future premiums. It was a bogus claim! We moved to Farmers! Get your insurance somewhere else.

Wish there was an option for no star!! This has been the…read moreworst insurance company we have dealt with. If you want a company that you plan on never leaving then this is the company for you!! On May 10th I decided to go with another company for my auto insurance because I got a better deal. Called the office and spoke with the agent and requested that my policy be canceled and was told sorry you need to send something to us in a written form to cancel your policy with a backup of either you sold your car or the other insurance company you have gone with. So calling you and giving you my information like my policy number and my request to cancel is not good enough for them. Well I never did send them a written document. Months later I get a letter from a collection office for an overdue bill from this agent. Little to say this set me off. I don't think I have had an insurance company put you into collection, normally if you don't make a payment they drop you and cancel your policy. I called the office to have them explain to me why this was done once again I was requested to put in a written format and mail to them my request to cancel my policy and provide information if I went with another company or if I sold my car. When does an insurance company become this involved with your life? This is like trying to get a damn divorce. I suggest you look for another company with better customer service and better rates.
