This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star we alway have issues with them they always over charge us this has happen multiple times and every time we call we don't get an answer they always say oh we don't know why you got over charged let me check and we will call you back later..... they never call us back and when we try to speak directly with John it's always the same excuse he is busy, he's on a call, he's not here we've gone in person to try to fix the issue nothing ever gets solved! Recently our water heater in our upstairs townhouse leaked all down the floor into the unit below us. there are a lot of complications with insurance because we had to deal with the homers association policy as well as the insurance company of the person below us. John stayed on it kept everything simple. He quarterbacked the whole thing so that it all got covered properly and our neighbor below us did not have to use her insurance at all! I was signing a new commercial lease for office space and the building owner required some insurance policies that I was unfamiliar with. I called a few other places for quotes and although the agents were courteous and prompt, they assumed that if you were in the market for these particular types of policies that you were already a full-blown grown-up and were familiar with the terms and conditions of these policies (even though I explained that I had never held this kind of insurance before). Eventually the real estate broker recommended I contact John Wheeler and finally I had found someone who took the time to explain to me what it was he was quoting me, and why, and what he was leaving off, and why, and what it all meant to the bottom line.
