From the initial consultation, Dr. Jo was incredibly knowledgeable. What stood out to me the most was that he made direct eye contact with my daughter and spoke to her about what was going to happen. So often, providers speak only to the parents and leave the child out of the conversation, but Dr. Jo made sure she felt included and understood the procedure. That made her feel comfortable and at ease. The front desk staff were all friendly and welcoming, and scheduling the appointment was very easy. Dawn, Jasmine, and Alli were fantastic throughout the entire process--from scheduling, checking us in, reviewing the treatment plan beforehand, and checking us out afterward. Everyone was organized, professional, and kind. The office is clean, the clinical staff are professional, there's plenty of parking, and the waiting area is comfortable. I also want to mention how quick the procedure was. The surgery was over before we knew it, and the patient pick-up process was easy and well organized. Before we left, the staff took the time to thoroughly review the post-operative instructions, answered our questions, and made sure we knew what to expect at home. We're grateful for the excellent care our daughter received and highly recommend this office. Having said that, I could not have had a better experience with Dr. Grant Hogan and his staff. I like my dentist and I trust her more than any other dentist I've ever had, but it was a little scary to be referred to a provider I haven't had time to research. My fears were laid to rest by Dr. Hogan and his staff. The office is warm and inviting. From the front office staff to his assistant, everyone his kind and gentle, even went it came down to talking money. Upon meeting Dr. Hogan I was immediately impressed with his kind and friendly demeanor. He went over my options and expressed nothing but concern for my comfort and overall health. I opted to stay awake for the procedure and only have local anesthetic in order to get the procedure done immediately. The entire time Dr. Hogan was working on me he let me know what to expect and was very kind through the entire process. I give him even more credit for such an amazing bedside manner because as a surgeon I would assume most of his patients are asleep for their procedures/surgeries. Before I left I was given detailed instructions for after care as well as the information written out. The nurse let me know what to do to get in touch with the doctor should I have any issues after hours. Luckily I have been very comfortable for most of the day and was happy with the overall experience. I already knew I would be providing a good review because I think it's important to help others get the best information possible when selecting a provider. But that plan went from a good review to a great one when my phone rang tonight. It was a number I didn't know so I almost didn't answer but I'm glad I did. It was Dr. Hogan calling to check on me. Not his nurse or other staff member, but a personal call from him to ask how I was feeling. I was truly impressed by the kindness and genuine concern.

I had planned my whole weekend around tending to my girls recovery and it has been nothing short of amazing. At first I was confused on where it was located but you make that turn and then go up the Hill and it's right there ahead. Go inside the building and it's located on the same floor right door. First of all, the gorgeous ladies in the front desk are so nice and sweet and helpful. It's a breath of fresh air compared to some other doctors offices I been to. Having nice ladies with great customer service in the front is always a great experience. Their dental hygienist Lily Pham is such a pleasure. She makes you feel like she really cares about you and your teeth's health. She will use a skinny tool to measure your gum health. It kinda hurts if your gums had inflammation, with that tool, the lower score you get the better. All that aside, the deep cleaning was a game changer. I could tell from the moment I walked in that I was only seen as a dollar sign! I brought all of my x-rays and doctor's notes from my last dentist and they didn't even bother to look at it. They just wanted to take more x-rays(even though I had them the prior month) and get started on my crown. They didn't know anything about my previous dental history or even listen to me, but wanted to get started on my crown right away! You cannot trust an office that doesn't try to listen to their patients or look at their dental/medical history. I refused treatment with them and looked for another dentist. I go to Atlanta dental spa in Roswell now. It's is a little far from Duluth and more expensive, but at least they are good and listen to their patients. Stay away from Coast dental!
