Dr. Parikh invested the time to come up with a treatment plan that aligned with my mom's insurance, to minimize her out of pocket costs while also minimizing disruption to her ability to easily use her teeth as these treatments happen over time. Both he and his wife (the other Dr. Parikh) are kind, caring providers, and it's clear their leadership in the practice carries over to everyone else, because everyone working there exhibits the same, thoughtful bedside manner. From the initial consultation, Dr. Jo was incredibly knowledgeable. What stood out to me the most was that he made direct eye contact with my daughter and spoke to her about what was going to happen. So often, providers speak only to the parents and leave the child out of the conversation, but Dr. Jo made sure she felt included and understood the procedure. That made her feel comfortable and at ease. The front desk staff were all friendly and welcoming, and scheduling the appointment was very easy. Dawn, Jasmine, and Alli were fantastic throughout the entire process--from scheduling, checking us in, reviewing the treatment plan beforehand, and checking us out afterward. Everyone was organized, professional, and kind. The office is clean, the clinical staff are professional, there's plenty of parking, and the waiting area is comfortable. I also want to mention how quick the procedure was. The surgery was over before we knew it, and the patient pick-up process was easy and well organized. Before we left, the staff took the time to thoroughly review the post-operative instructions, answered our questions, and made sure we knew what to expect at home. The consultation was quick and informative, although it took many weeks to get an accurate quote. This could be insurance taking a while and not them. The day of surgery I was terribly nervous. The demeanor of the doctor was calm and serious, but he kindly walked me through every step he was taking with a calm voice. I went under and was told the procedure took less than 1 hour I'm on day one of recovery so far and my only problem is pain. I've never felt groggy so I believe the sedation was done perfectly.

As i am pulling up at 10:33 i get another call from Alex to say she has spoken to the doctor and he will not see me today i must reschedule and the next appointment is two weeks away!! She goes back and comes back not a minute later and says the dr says he will not see you today!
