I was going to pay for it with a warranty. I decided I would have Ford do the work! Made appointment with Ford! Come to find out there was not a thing wrong with my car!!! This really did hurt my trust in Elmo's ! Now I wonder about all the work I have had done there!!! They had a very trusted customer in me! I won't be back And believe me this truly does upset me! Took my vehicle in to get the AC recharged and they called me back saying I needed a new compressor…read moreand quoted almost 900. I was charged $90 for labor and I picked up my vehicle and got a second opinion. The other mechanic could not see any leaks or any reason for me to need a new compressor but he did see that my AC clutch had been unplugged. I would have thought they would have seen that in doing the service. Never going back to them again.
