If it doesn't need replacing they won't replace it. These days it's easy to look out what prices on what parts cost and Hatfield doesn't overcharge you like you expect at the dealer. On the repair I paid what I was quoted. No extra, oh we forgot to tell you that kind of stuff. They work on your car like you would if you knew what you were doing. Over the years I've gone to Pep Boys, Toyota and Chevy dealerships and other repair shops and I would trust Hatfield to work on both of my cars if they break down. The rest of the car works fine so there was no need to get a new/used car. Since the engine has been replaced it runs like new, gets 31.6 miles to the gallon and is back on the road 7 days a week. I also got a warranty on the engine 1 year or 12,000 miles both parts and labor included in the price. Was also provided a receipt that included that engine had been replaced with the mileage, and the mileage that the car had on it when it was replaced if and when I sell the car.

Instead, I was stuck there for an outrageous hour and 17 minutes for something that should have taken 20 minutes max. And that's being generous. I've changed these bulbs myself before. It's a 5-7 minute job with two bolts to remove. The inspection itself? 10-15 minutes, tops. Then came the real slap in the face: $76!! $12 for the inspection. $64 for labor. - TO INSTALL BULBS I PROVIDED. At no point did anyone bother to tell me how long this would take, or what it would cost. And when I rightfully called them out on it, the employee had the nerve to be dismissive and condescending. Instead of addressing my concerns, he sarcastically asked, "Well, why didn't you do it yourself?" To which I replied, "Because I can't do an inspection myself, and I thought it would be easier to do them at the same time." For comparison, I called another local shop after the fact. They quoted me $10-$15 for the same job, plus the $12 inspection. And guess what? They would have had it done in a fraction of the time. Let me be crystal clear: AutoHaus ripped me off! They wasted my time, overcharged me, and treated me like my concerns didn't matter. If you value your money and your patience, take your business elsewhere.

I then found out that they are an Authorized Mishimoto Dealer and decided that I was just going to replace anything and everything related to my cooling system. They had to order the parts from Mishimoto which only took a few days to get. In the meantime, they kept my car in the shop where it was safe instead of putting it outside like any other shop would do. When they started working on my car they noticed some other things that needed replaced. Paige called me immediately and already had a quote ready. I will put a list of everything I did below. I cannot stress enough how amazing this shop is and how fair they are. They are good honest people who treat you with respect and don't try to take you for everything you have.
