Everything came out hot and fresh. We did not wait an obnoxiously long time for anything. The server was very friendly and helpful, refilled our drinks came back to check on us. I really like the way they worded something on the menu. It says that you will get a 3% discount if you use cash. Instead of saying there's a 3% up charge for using a credit card, they worded it in a more positive way.

The dining room is cool and spacious with a black and teal color scheme and stainless steel table tops. I ordered the watermelon Mai tai since it was watermelon festival weekend and the cocktail was good. Nice strong spiced rum flavor, but not as much watermelon came through as I expected. It could have used a bigger glass, something taller, I think. For food I ordered the pasta fresco with shrimp and it included a choice of salad. I had the Caesar salad which was fine. Maybe a bit heavy on the dressing, good flavor though. My pasta was huge. I was happy with the fresh zucchini, spinach, and tomato. The spinach stems probably should have been removed; they were stringy. The shrimp was well cooked. Again this dish was heavy on the fettuccine sauce. Served very hot. The slice of garlic toast on the side was merely okay. It was too tough and didn't soak up sauce well. Also it was small. The toast was the thing I enjoyed least about the meal. My server was friendly and attentive. The food was delivered remarkably fast. All of the staff I interacted with were nice. I would eat here again, the next time I'm visiting the area.

We were paying for our grandson. My daughter was paying for our grand daughter (only a drink) & her & her husband)another family of 3 arrived just a min before we gout our soup & salad. No problem.. they order & just got their soup & salad. (They were out of steak (filet only) & scallops.) well while they were eating & just finishing up, they fill up the table across from us. We are STILL waiting on food (about 25-30 minutes) . Then they ask the other table if they wouldn't mind if they cooked their food on our grill at the same time..... didn't ask us.. our 3 yr old grand daughter is potty training..we were not asked. But they just told us & said it would only be about 5-10 minutes more... NOPE!!! 20 minutes later, (almost an hour AFTER we ordered)we finally get food.. because of food allergies NOW our Son-in had to now get his food cooked in the back.. BECAUSE OF SO MUCH FOOD, there was MANY problems. 1)I have a SEVERE food allergy, he didn't put ANY sauces on my food except soy sauce. So I asked for eel sauce.. they charged me .75 for each side of the sauce dish (1.50) 2) Sauces: They didn't give any one sauces EXCEPT.. Yum Yum & ginger.. no teriyaki.. 3) Rice: He only put 5 eggs (which were brown as soon as he started mixing them up.) for 16 people in the rice that was very crunchy & didn't have enough soy sauce or butter. (On carrots, onions combo) As he gave a scoop of rice to every person. Rice was dropping on the floor. (The same for ANYTHING he had to give to the other table) 4) The vegetables: I have problems chewing so I asked for him to cook my vegetables a little more. When I got them everything was charred & crispy because he didn't add enough liquid to keep it moist. 5.) Sushi: my daughter ordered 2 rolls. She got one because they were out of the Neuro roll. (How??-) 6) MEAT: A)they didn't take tails off of shrimp. B) chicken & steaks were cut in LARGE pieces. C)My grandson 11, had to try to cut up his steak, which was supposed to be MR & was extremely rare. Mine was supposed to be M, but came out MR. The other 3 on our table, the dad asked for MW,, came out like mine, BUT his son who was supposed to be Well Done.. was REALLY over done. He couldn't eat it!! 4) Refills: you got free refills for sodas & water BUT- HOT tea.. NO. They only gave me 1/2 kettle (2 cups worth). They didn't tell me so when I asked for more... yep, they charged me for it... 5) HE DID NOT scrape the grill OR clean off the fork or spatula between the vegetables, rice, eggs, or meats.. so all teriyaki sauces & left over pieces from previous cooking (done on the same area) was still one the grill. So if I was was allergic to the sauces - which he didn't know if had tomato products in it was cooked on & given to me was on it, it would have killed me.. so I didn't eat it!! 6) We were NOT given any apologies or discount for waiting so long.. 7) Tipping: They charged us ALL 18%.for a tip!! We waited 1 hour for our food!! Our daughter was finished eating her sushi before we got our food, My daughter only ate sushi, grand daughter only a drink, & our son-in-l had to have his food cooked in the back because of the other table being cooked in the back!! & the food was AWFUL & service was so-so!! It was NOT WORTH 18%. I could give 0 stars I could!! Do NOT go here for the grill!!

When we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly hostess who seated us immediately. The restaurant itself is quaint and cozy with an ambiance that feels casual yet slightly upscale, perfect for a relaxed date night or when you want to feel a little fancy without having to iron your clothes first. One thing I appreciated right away was the menu. It wasn't overwhelming but still offered a nice variety of Italian classics. You'll find fresh pasta dishes, wood-fired pizzas, and entrées like chicken and eggplant Parmesan, along with several traditional Italian desserts. There was a decent amount of options. Our waiter was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. To start, both my husband and I ordered the Hugo Spritz. They were light, refreshing, and very well made, basically the kind of drink that makes you want to sit back, sip slowly, and pretend you're on a patio somewhere in Italy instead of Middle Georgia. As a pescatarian, I originally ordered the Trota al Forno, a pan-seared seasonal fish entrée. Sadly, our waiter had to come back with the disappointing news that they were out. My pescatarian heart sank just a little... but hunger waits for no one. So I pivoted and ordered a Caesar salad with grilled shrimp instead. My husband ordered a pizza, half pepperoni and half cheese. The pizza here is very thin and wood-fired. We both enjoyed the pizza, it had just the right balance of sauce and crust, and everything was seasoned very well. It comes with eight slices, but because they're so thin, they disappear quickly. My Caesar salad was fresh and topped with nicely grilled shrimp. The house made dressing had great flavor, though it was a bit more generous than my personal preference. If I were to get a salad again I would ask for the dressing on the side. They also offer weeknight specials Tuesday through Thursday, so it's worth checking their website for the details before heading out. Overall, we had a really nice experience. The customer service was outstanding. Was it the best pizza around? No, but it was definitely tasty and satisfying. The Caesar salad was good, and the atmosphere made for a pleasant evening. We'll definitely be back... and hopefully next time the fish entrée and I will finally meet.
