After driving past Trattoria Di Napoli for months, my husband and I finally had the opportunity to try this cute Italian spot in downtown Perry. When we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly hostess who seated us immediately. The restaurant itself is quaint and cozy with an ambiance that feels casual yet slightly upscale, perfect for a relaxed date night or when you want to feel a little fancy without having to iron your clothes first. One thing I appreciated right away was the menu. It wasn't overwhelming but still offered a nice variety of Italian classics. You'll find fresh pasta dishes, wood-fired pizzas, and entrées like chicken and eggplant Parmesan, along with several traditional Italian desserts. There was a decent amount of options. Our waiter was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. To start, both my husband and I ordered the Hugo Spritz. They were light, refreshing, and very well made, basically the kind of drink that makes you want to sit back, sip slowly, and pretend you're on a patio somewhere in Italy instead of Middle Georgia. As a pescatarian, I originally ordered the Trota al Forno, a pan-seared seasonal fish entrée. Sadly, our waiter had to come back with the disappointing news that they were out. My pescatarian heart sank just a little... but hunger waits for no one. So I pivoted and ordered a Caesar salad with grilled shrimp instead. My husband ordered a pizza, half pepperoni and half cheese. The pizza here is very thin and wood-fired. We both enjoyed the pizza, it had just the right balance of sauce and crust, and everything was seasoned very well. It comes with eight slices, but because they're so thin, they disappear quickly. My Caesar salad was fresh and topped with nicely grilled shrimp. The house made dressing had great flavor, though it was a bit more generous than my personal preference. If I were to get a salad again I would ask for the dressing on the side. They also offer weeknight specials Tuesday through Thursday, so it's worth checking their website for the details before heading out. Overall, we had a really nice experience. The customer service was outstanding. Was it the best pizza around? No, but it was definitely tasty and satisfying. The Caesar salad was good, and the atmosphere made for a pleasant evening. We'll definitely be back... and hopefully next time the fish entrée and I will finally meet. read more

7 March 2026. Ordered the rice & cheese balls. Cannot remember name. Got 4, one of which had ruptured in the deep fry process. It was a cheese and rice ball skin. No internal cheese & rice. Got a pizza. Super thin crust, not crisp. Was as floppy as a rubber band on a hot day. Much better tasting that a warm rubber band, but only average for a pizza. Was told reservations were needed for the tables. Wow. Servers were extremely interested in each other, refilling their own drinks and watching anyone but the 2 of us. Fresh food and delicious drinks. This is my second time here, once around Christmas and the latest around Valentine's Day! On both visits they had cute holiday themed decor and menu. The appetizer was brought out quickly and was hot and fresh. It was actually quite packed on both visits so we chose to sit at the bar. We really wanted to love Trattoria Napoli after hearing so many people rave about it, but our visit was disappointing from start to finish. Let's start with the good -- the bar staff, Kelsey and Chloe, were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and they made a great Manhattan Beach Hooch. Honestly, the bar experience was the highlight of the night. Unfortunately, dinner was another story. We ordered the Cacio e Pepe and the Chicken Alfredo. The Cacio Peppe was so dry that my boyfriend actually had to add water (twice) to his pasta just to make it edible. The noodles were undercooked and crunchy -- definitely not how pasta should be served. He added shrimp (only got four) and was upcharged for them. He powered through it because he was starving, but it was rough. My Alfredo wasn't any better. The pasta came out clumped together in a dry, gooey mess with almost no sauce at all. The chicken was so dry it was like chewing cotton balls. When I asked for more Alfredo sauce just to be able to eat it, I was charged extra -- which made no sense, considering the original dish barely had any sauce to begin with. To be fair, they did remake my dish, and the second version was much better -- creamy sauce, hot chicken, and actually enjoyable. But when the bill came, the upcharge for the extra sauce was still there. That left a bad taste, literally and figuratively. For the price tag, the food just isn't worth it. The flavors were mediocre, and the quality inconsistent. We've been before (earlier in the evening around 6:30) and had a better experience, but this time we came at 7:30 -- and that shouldn't make a difference in food quality. All in all, the service at the bar was great, but the kitchen execution and management oversight really missed the mark. Sadly, we won't be back. I'd rather go to Fresco's or even Olive Garden before spending that kind of money again here. read more

The food is excellent. Pasta and sauces are flavorful and the bread--yum! Pizza dough is usually very light but the last time we were there for pizza,, around Christmas time, it seemed the pizza wasn't in the oven long enough. That's the first time out of many dinners there, that this was so. The staff is very very friendly and super knowledgeable about the menu. One thing we continue to notice is that there is an over-abundance of staff. It's a small restaurant and it seems they are always bumping in to each other or dancing around one another. It makes dining a little chaotic. Even with these things, still, it's our very favorite restaurant, in Perry. read more

Super cute restaurant, our waiter Brandon, was wonderful and very friendly! Our food came out super fast. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and they were close to a foot-long each, there were three of them, so delicious! The cheese pizza was good, very thin bottom of the pizza. A little on the flimsy side, but still yummy! We ordered the autumn squash risotto. The risotto was way to al dente. We topped of our dinner with some cannolis! Great Italian restaurant in quaint downtown Perry perfect location for taking a break from shopping or a romantic dinner for two. Full bar and rotating beers on tap. Our waitress Kennedy was amazing. Our drinks were very good and the food delicious. We were in town for a dog show and our friends that came here a year ago (same dog show) recommended it and joined us. My husband and I came here for our 24th wedding anniversary. Normally I have reservations about trying new places but this time I went. I called and made a reservation just in case. We arrived shortly after 5:30pm, seated immediately and got an amazing food server Emily. We sat and waited for a bit but Emily made sure we were taken care of. Service was amazing here. I cannot remember our waitresses name but she was phenomenal! It really made the experience great. We sat outside on the patio and it was nice. The appetizer was hot, fresh, and flavorful. I ordered the chicken parm with fettuccine alfredo. Chicken was crispy and the marinara and cheese on top was phenomenal. The chicken itself was a bit bland to me, but that is just a personal preference and the sauce and cheese made it nice and flavorful. The Alfredo was delicious. I have been here several times, and I have loved their pizza. Today, I was extremely disappointed that I was told that they had "run out of pizza." This is one of the most noisy restaurants I have ever experienced. The tables are so crowded in and there are no noise barriers, it was actually uncomfortable. My friends and I had to shout to hear each other. No matter how good the food was, and it was good, it does not make up for the atmosphere. My wife and I loved our waitress! She was the highlight of our experience. I wanted to love our meals. We've dined at many nice Italian restaurants and had high hopes. Sadly, we found our meals underwhelming and overpriced. I was suprised that for the price our dinner meals did not include a side salad and or Italian table bread. WOW! What an amazing dinner. We were in town for a conference and someone suggested this restaurant so we decided to give it a try. The service was excellent, our server Shelly was fabulous and we followed her suggestions to try the Caacio Pepe which was a delicious hand made pasta similar to spaghetti but has a hollow it has a white cheese sauce and I got it with the chicken. My husband had the chicken parm and it was delicious also. Juicy tender chicken with a perfect bredding. The pasta is fresh made daily. We had to try the mozzarella sticks...which are more like logs,they are huge and tasty and served with the marinara, it's enough for several people. The cocktails were crafted to perfection, the espresso martini was served perfectly with real espresso and a beautiful presentation. My husband had the lemon cello margarita and it was also very nice, the cream while surprising balanced out the sweet and tangy I highly recommend. read more

I think I had a one off bad experience with this place. I have heard great things, but my first visit was not great. The bartenders I interacted with are not knowledgable. I asked for a drink, was told they knew how to make it, and they got it wrong. Was a simple 3 ingredient drink. When I offered to help and provide the recipe was looked at like I had 2 heads as they tried to google the drink. As someone who has run a full service bar, there is nothing wrong with getting a little help from someone who knows how to mix drinks. Based on what I saw that night this is a mostly beer and wine place. So I would stay away from the bar. The mozz sticks were amazing and some of the best I have had. The pizza was great, but when you order a salad and ask for it prior to the entree and then it all comes together that is a problem. This place is not cheap and I would expect better service. I'll give it another try in a few weeks and update my review if I have a better experience. I like the concept and menu. read more

Went for a late lunch (3pm) so we were one of only 2 tables there. Staff was very nice and friendly. Ordered a pizza. Minutes later, we could smell something burning and figured it was our pizza because the other table already had their food. Sure enough, our pizza comes out partially burnt. Didn't want to wait for another, so we sucked it up and kept it. Later, the waitress asks how the pizza was. We told her it was burnt, and she said "I'm so sorry." Even though she could clearly see it was burnt when she served it to us. No manager or supervisor came to us to apologize or offer any compensation. I will eat here again because I love pizza, and the I could tell the pizza would be really good if it weren't burnt. read more
