There's signs indicating that the area is monitored so I felt really safe being there. There are vending machines for drinks and snacks. There is a change machine. And my first visit it was busy but I returned. I noticed it is a busy place. There is also a website that you can sign up and receive notices for any specials they may have. This place is very convenient for me and very affordable compared to the drive-through car washes. And another thing I like is I get to control how I am washing my car. My truck is covered in water spots, the scrub soap brush doesn't actually get dirt smudges off- I literally used my finger to wipe spots the brush and high intensity rinse wouldn't remove. Smh. Had to rinse and scrub twice... and still had smudges that I ended up just wiping off with a cloth. The air dryer... came apart and left water marks on every freakin spot it could. Totally pointless. Went to use the vacuum... that thing came apart too! It didn't even suck anything up. Its 100+ degrees and I just want a clean truck. What a waste of money and time and my truck is not any cleaner on the inside and barely clean on the outside. Weirdly I used the soap scrub brush on all my windows, and they are sooo flippin dirty. And let's talk about the "professional" service they claim to offer--it's anything but. The detailing was sloppy, looked like it was done in a rush without any care for quality. Seriously, I've seen better work done in a drive-through car wash. Don't bother with this place unless you want to throw your money away for substandard work and get a headache from dealing with their awful attitude. Plenty of other detailing services out there that actually respect their customers and know how to do their job right.

On your website under FAQs I would like to point out that you guaruntee your work, when your tech didn't provide a service that stands up to your companies expectations you proved not only with this response but to private conversations that you in fact do not guaruntee your work. You might have been there 1 hour before your opening hours but it was two days after the original appointment. To continue on misinformation provided from your FAQS on your website you do not in fact provide electricity or water for your details. I am going to give you some advice from one business manager to another, when your company is in the wrong it is better to accept that and do what you can to make it better. Many times an apology goes a long way. What many people will gather from this interaction is not that I was "crappy consumer" but that you are not a very good business owner.
