I would recommend the physician but I'd also recommend and entire office staff replacement. The young girl sitting at the window could not be bothered by new patients. The office staff doesn't return phone calls. They treat you like you need to provide them a service. It sucks because Dr. Kuronya is an amazing doctor and so people oriented, it looks like the three office girls are giving the place a bad name. The last three times they have charged me 3 different co-pays and you get a bill 2 weeks later because they screwed it up but they insist they didn't. Way to ruin a great, honest doctors practice.

Like at so many medical practices the office staff can really be a make or break for wanting come back and the office staff at the Walbert Avenue location is truly inept. Due to scheduling issues I had to see a different doctor for the procedure & follow up visits than I saw for the initial consultation. All fine except that doctor does not accept my insurance. Every other doctor in their practice does and I was even told he accepted it but when the EOB came I got a "little surprise". A different person at the Walbert Avenue location also scheduled me at another one of their locations for a follow up visit and at NO TIME was that ever conveyed to me. Imagine my surprise showing up at Walbert Avenue, sitting for fifteen minutes then being told that my appointment was made with the same doctor, at another office location and I was now late for that appointment. The office manager at the other location was apologetic but said that "things like this happen alot from the Walbert staff especially the Saturday staff". Good to know. Hopefully I have no need to ever go back but if I do I will do my best to aviod the Walbert Avenue location as in general terms the office staff, sucks.

I also appreciated that I did not feel rushed through the appointments as my concerns were addressed appropriately and thoroughly by Dr. Car. The LVHN Patient portal was helpful as well -if any additional questions I was able to get feedback there. If anything, getting a hold of the right person over the phone was a hassle at times, but it is to my knowledge that the office is busy and all practices are dealing with high volumes of patients so that is expected. Dr. Mozumdar was also helpful, as he took me in last minute on a day that I accidentally walked in a day early due to a scheduling error on the portal. Dr. Koshar is very friendly and I had one visit with him as well. The least I could do to thank the doctors and staff for their help was to write a positive review. So thank you all!
