Truly AMAZING customer service! My husband and I purchased a gift for our daughter and our experience was outstanding. All of the staff including the owner introduced themselves and truly cared about our experience. We didn't feel pressured to buy and we were so impressed that we not only purchased her gift, I returned back to the store with jewelry that needed repair but I had held off since I was nervous leaving it at a jewelers. I have been there a few times for repairs and I find that they are pushy and try to get you to spend a lot more money than is necessary. They also cannot do custom work on older pieces. Their custom work is only about designing something from scratch. I took several pieces of jewelry there and they could not help me. I went to another local jeweler and they were able to do exactly what I wanted and the work is superb. I think they sell really nice jewelry and they can do basic repairs--replace a watch battery, tighten prongs, etc. but they are really just jewelry salespeople and not jewelry craftspeople. read more

What a Fabulous surprise! Finally popped in after years of driving by. First, it seems unassuming from the street view but as soon as you step in, you're taken into a gorgeous, high end store. Such a great variety for every price point, meticulously clean and beautiful showcased. It reminded me of a jewelers in Beverly Hills, but Marshall's serves every budget. Came here to get an antique ring of my mother's cleaned after leaving it on by mistake while refinishing furniture. I was very excited that the paint was able to be removed, and very appreciative. This space is centrally located, the staff are friendly and the layout of the store displays many items, but it doesn't feel overwhelming. This store was recommended to me by a neighbor. A stone in my diamond band had popped out, and I brought it to Marshall's Jewelers to be repaired. When I picked up the ring, I noticed that evening that the stones were not flush. Richard (the owner) went above and beyond to correct the situation. I have been here for a few different reasons over the years and have always had great experiences. I've had watch battery/bands replaced and a diamond ring repaired and cleaned. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I went in today because I just received a ring from my late grandmother's estate. I wanted to learn about the ring and anticipated it might need a cleaning. The woman who helped me was friendly and very informative about the ring. She gave it a quick cleaning but told me it was in great shape, the prongs looked good, and it didn't need any service. She could have easily charged me for a cleaning or service the ring didn't need but she was honest. All around just an a excellent trustworthy jewelry store. read more

I brought my engagement and wedding rings in to be sized down. When the the rings were ready, I picked them up. They unfortunately still felt loose but I was told they'd "get better" with warmer temperatures. By the time I got home they were spinning around my finger and slipping down to my knuckle. I called the store to discuss the issue and was asked to bring them back. It was disheartening to learn that I'd be charged again to have them fixed (I had just paid $120). The young woman who was helping me, after seeing my disappointment, went back to get the owner. The owner came out and right away said he wanted a satisfied customer. He recommended soldering the rings together and adding bumps inside. I wasn't sure but agreed and he assured me there would not be a charge. After a week, I picked up the rings. They fit with very little movement. It was a pleasure to be able to wear them again. I have a couple other rings to size. I plan on bringing them to Marshall's. Thank you. read more

I live in Norway and have a ring that needed resizing, unfortunately none of the jewelers in Norway said they could do anything about it. I heard about Marshall's Jewelers from a friend.
