I'm really surprised this place gets such low reviews. I really like this place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Sure, there are cheaper cleaners but you get what you pay for. Since we started bringing our clothes here I've never had a button crumble in my hands or fall off my shirt. If something hasn't been cleaned and pressed to our satisfaction we just take it back and they do it again. No charge and no questions. Today I went to pick up our dry cleaning and there was no charge because of a recent fire in the shopping center. They didn't have to do that, I wasn't inconvenienced. Remember, you pay for service as well as dry cleaning and that's what they give. read more

WAY OVERPRICED!!! I took my cleaning here the other day and did not ask the pricing because I've used Comet Cleaners before and the prices have been fine. When I picked them up, I was charged nearly twice as much as I was expecting. When I asked, I was told, we just charge more than others, most of our customers are used to it. There are several cleaners in the area. Choose one of them before paying double at this cleaners. read more

They are so overpriced. I just paid more than the two dresses cost to have them dry cleaned. Then to top it off, they wouldn't accept their own coupon that I printed off of their website. The dresses are clean, but I can do a better job at home. SMH. read more

Absolutely awful! I took my vintage pants there to be altered and they called me 4 times to come pick it up and every time I went they did not have my pants. So it turned out that they lost my pants! When I went in to the shop to adress the issue they acted like they didnt care at all. Never going back, would not recommend to anyone. read more

I am completely shocked at the lack of customer attentiveness, and ill resolve that I encountered at your establishment. I brought in an expensive suit, 3 ties, and several button up shirts. The service was prompt, however lacking in execution. When I brought in my suit there was one crease on each pant leg (normal) like any other pair of slacks. When I picked it up from Joe on Monday morning I brought it home... Put it on, and then realized while on an appointment that I had 2 creases on my right leg about 1 inch apart from each other, and 2 creases on my left leg about 1/8 inch apart. After my appointment I went back home to change and took the pants back to the Manager Joe. Joe initially didn't offer any solution to the obvious problem (slacks with multiple creases going down each leg)... So I asked him "What do you suggest I do about the double creases on each leg?".. Then Joe says "I can send it through again, and see if they can make it better?" The fact that I had to prompt him for a solution should have been a clear sign that I was in for it. I understand that he didn't mess up my pants, but a manager should be attentive to the needs of the client... Especially if there is an issue that the company created. Although I wasn't pleased with having to lead him to the solution I was happy that we agreed to send it out again to hopefully get resolved at no additional charge. A few days later I received a text message that my pants were ready (love the technology)... I arrived at the store and Joe greeted me, and handed me the pants. Before I left the store I checked the pants, and not only did they still have multiple creases in each leg, they also had a chalky white substances on the waist and back pocket area of the pants. After showing Joe the pants he said nothing. Not one word. No attempt to rectify the situation... No apology for the mistake happening a 2nd time... NOTHING. It was not in my best interest to give this company my garments a 3rd time to have subpar results, so I took them to Slater White Cleaners not to far down the road. As soon as I walked in the gentleman was extremely attentive... All I asked him for was his professional opinion, and he explained to me how this problem could've happened as well as explained a possible solution. Night and day from my experience with Joe. On all of my shirts the back part of the collars (where it sits on the back of my neck) all have a crease/fold that forces the back of my collar down or away from my neck. Based on what methods your company has used to correct my pants, I refuse to bring my shirts back to be further disappointed. I will not do business here again, and I hope to hear back from someone regarding my well deserved refund. read more

Recently I discovered a $2.25 cleaner on Terra Alta after spending an average of $Overpriced. I was quoted by the manager $8 to clean a pair of linen pants he was holding on his hands. I picked them up. $10! What?!! He up charged me for linen. I said it unethical to charge a different price after the fact. He argued with me about that's what their fees are. This after spending an average of $300 a month. read more

Will never return there! They Changed shirt from laundry to dry cleaning so they could charge $8.44!!!!! Will discourage everyone I know to steer clear and not do business there. Very disappointed. The 1st time we came here, we received our comforter back in a worse condition. We wanted to get it cleaned, and it came back with the filling very lumpy/spotty. We thought that this might have been just one bad time, so we brought our 2 down comforters to be cleaned here. We were told to show back up in a week by the young boy who works weekends, and when we arrived one of them had spots on it that were not there before. He tried to make us pay for it anyway, but when we resisted he said the manager would call us in a couple days. Today marks over a week from when they were supposed to call us, we finally called today and the manager was very rude. After telling us it was ready, he offered no discount/apologies and hung up on us before we were done with the call. Have never written a bad review on Yelp, but the service/quality/price was so poor I could not let myself go without saying something. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. The service was horrible. I used this location since it was close to home and by the HEB I shop at. They charged me twice. When I called to let them know they said I had to come in the next day with proof since it would kick back the second charge. So I went back and showed them proof that they charged me twice and the younger person there said there was nothing he could do and wouldn't even call his manager to fix their mistake. He kept making excuses as to why he couldn't fix the problem. I told him multiple times he needed to call his manager to fix the issue and said I'd have to come back tomorrow. I'm livid. Now I'm my bank filing a claim since the cleaners wouldn't fix their mistake. Never using that location again. read more

I took 3 shirts to be laundered. I had taken the coupon printed behind the H-E-B receipts which stated on the coupon $1.97 laundered shirts. The guy behind the counter told me that they wouldn't honor that coupon and it would be $2.69 a shirt. Took my business somewhere else! read more

I brought in a wool dress from Banana Republic. When it was returned to me it was 3 sizes too small and meant for a child. I called to see how to resolve this issue and they offered to "stretch" my dress. The dress is ruined and I highly doubt this will fix it. The person who took my call wanted nothing to do with this situation. They're incredibly rude and way too expensive. I will not be returning. They also returned a few other dresses with remaining wrinkles. read more
