I'm not sure why, but the lady who assisted me at the counter was asking for so much of my personal information (name, address, phone number...). I guess it makes sense if someone is dropping off several garments for repair or cleaning...but I just needed one button to be sewn onto a dress, a task that would take less than a minute for even the most beginner tailor... After about 20 minutes of giving all this unnecessary info, the computer shutting down, and sharing all this info again, I was told I would have to wait a week before I could get my dress back. What??? I emphasized again that my ask was as small as could be---should a button repair really take a week? All it took was for the counter-lady to take it to the back and have the tailor fix it up then-and-there. Cost me about $1.50. That's all I wanted and needed, and that's what I got...even if I had to waste 20 minutes in the beginning.

Buttons were broken, stains weren't removed, and collars turned yellower by the wear. Then, a friend turned me on to Kraft. My cleaning is done with skill and on time. The staff is professional and polite. Everything is pressed and properly hung with any required stiffeners. Unlike most any other cleaner, the employees here actually act like they own the place (in a good way). After getting used to Kraft's service, nothing else will do. If you spend any kind of money on your business clothes, you shouldn't go anywhere else. I won't. It is pricey, but worth it.

When something is wrong with the order, the staff does not offer much consolation. After finding the garment I finally hear an explanation of responsibility. I would like a little more credibility when there is a discrepancy in the order. They have a very good system that minimizes loss and error. Simply letting me know they'll look into it would be adequate. Every garment has eventually made it home. I never question taking my business here, I've had better experiences here than anywhere else.
