Worst service I've ever experienced. Teresa was very unhelpful. I paid for a car wash, but the car was still dirty with visible stains and spots left behind. I asked her to run it again, but she said I had to pay a second time. She even came outside, saw that the car was still dirty, and still refused to help. Very disappointing service. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. Machine stops half ways through the wash and leaves you car soapy, manager will make you pay twice, saying he can't refund. They're scamming at this location. Happened twice to me in the past month. read more

The lady inside was super nice but: 1) The bathroom was disgusting. It's located out side and poop was all over the toilet seat. No toilet paper or towels except for the soiled paper thrown on the floor. 2) I had to go back inside to get the receipt with the car wash code. 3) The gas was 10 cents more than across the way and no discount was given for the car wash. read more

, but this is not the first time with the lady that was on register, point is this happens to me a few times, I enter my code for my car wash 30943 and I pulled in then the light flashes red, so I reverse and then it died so I went inside and said, "buenos dias" the cashier responded, "buenos dias" then I said, what happened and hand her my receipt and I had 2 cars behind, then she started a whole sermon about oh ur not supposed to go in fast, etc, while she kept talking she was punching my number or receipt on the register and she prints a ticket and says to me that my code has been used I stood quite, and then she starts again, then I'm just standing there there r Two other customers trying to pay, and she prints another, and hands it to me and says if u don't use this code right I can't give u another, and asks me for my receipt and I told her she had it and didn't say anything, and i stood quite, I got upset but I stood quite while she hands me the new code, and so I received it and then I told her as soon as she was done telling me with the new code on my hand I said, if it's a big deal just give me my refund please thank you, there are 2 cars behind me already, she then looks at my receipt one more time and hands me a $5 and I just said thank you and left, I really don't appreciate this, I am paying read more

Not too crowded at the pumps and the employees were very polite the area is a very busy commercial zone but relatively safe.

so there i was with a nearly completley flat tire, its hot. i run in and ask the lady to turn the air on for me. and she tells me that the price is on the machine. i just said really? she actually let me go back in and withdrawl 20 bucks that cost me 6 bucks to get, then go buy a dumb candy to get change for air and water. i mean seriously so much for looking out for people. is she paying for this free air and water! read more

Our car broke down near one of their gas pumps & while we were waiting for our tow truck to arrive (took about 3 hours) the employees kept complaining to us that we've been here for too long. We bought $60 worth of gas, snacks and a charger and they still complained that we were here for too long. There is no way to move the car without the tow truck so we don't know what their problem was. read more

Worst customer service ever! If I could rate 0 starts I would. The employee Teresa is beyond rude. I asked if she knew why my code for the car wash didn't work and she gave me terrible attitude & went outside telling me I didn't know what I was doing that I am lucky her friend is in the store with her so that's the only reason why she came out to help me. After re-setting the code ( the code was the problem not me) she rudely told me to drive in and gave me the nastiest look ever for service that I paid for. The gas is good but the car wash part is the worst , no instructions but to fold your mirrors before driving in . And the people are supper rude when it comes to paying with a credit or debit card , you are off better paying outside on the card slot and buying snacks from outside the little window than actually talking to the employees and going inside the place to pay for anything . read more

Needed a fast car wash so i came here. Everything was good until the end where the car gets air dried. there is a leak at the end. My car was soaked with dirty water. I talked to the cashier and she told me she couldnt help me. I asked for the owners number and he said "sorry but i cant help you!". Im out 6 bucks with a dirty car. Thanks. read more
