This is a pretty common problem here so beware you may get your key lost here and half of your day will be lost waiting for a locksmith. Horrible experience. We left our car here for the convenience of being able to hit the swap meet and being able to get your car washed. When we came to pick up our car. The couldn't find the key. Good thing we only left them the key fob and not any other key. We are currently still waiting for them to make a new key. We've been waiting for at least 30 minutes already. No one seems to know where the key is. Never coming back here. Hopefully my key is inside if not it will definitely add another layer of worrying since someone may have kept the key and now they have our personal information.

When the manager arrived, he guided me on how to position my wheels and pointed to the posted directions. I have used this car wash many times, and I always follow the instructions, but I still double-checked to make sure I was doing everything correctly. He told me that I had my foot on the brake, which I did not. I doubted myself and checked multiple times to make sure my parking brake was not on. The manager continued to repeat this and nod his head at me as if I did not know what I was doing. This happened several times. I politely said that I would leave so I wouldn't hold up the line, but he insisted I stay. While I appreciated him trying to help, he continued to speak to me in a way that made me very uncomfortable. He even called the customer behind me to come look at my car, and that person confirmed I was doing everything correctly. The manager, Alonso, then said that because my car is new, I probably didn't know what I was doing. He even suggested that I call my husband to ask him how to operate my car. This was inappropriate and disrespectful. He raised his voice several times, which frightened my children who were in the car. I repeatedly asked to be allowed to leave without completing the wash, but he refused and insisted I could not leave. I felt pressured and unsafe, as if I was being forced to stay and continue the car wash. In the end, I went through the wash only because I felt I had no choice.
