I went yesterday for the first time because I read a lot of good reviews. I have an SUV so I paid $20 + $1(card fee). They took about an hour to clean it. Everything was great except there were still water marks on the outside and what bothered me the most was that they didn't vacuum the inside well they took so long for them to not even vacuum well now I have to go vacuum it myself. I went to get my car wash today and ask him for a regular wash. Then he kept on insisting me to get my all weather floor mats to get clean with degreaser. I told him no a couple of times because I just want a wipe down but he kept on going to get and that it's was only a $10 extra charge. I kept on saying no and he comes out saying what's $10 more to you. He didn't listen then told his employee to clean the floor mats with degreaser knowing I said no. I confronted him and told him that I didn't want it, not because I wanted to be cheap just that if I say no it's because I say No I don't have to get it if I don't want it. He made me get mad and uncomfortable and at the end I ended up paying $10 dollars more for something I didn't want. read more

They always do an outstanding job! I have been coming here for 3 yrs and they never disappoint. Upon pulling up the owner greats you and you tell him what you want, prices are upfront. He then gets one of his guys to take your car. As a female I feel comfortable coming here because I know I'm not being taken advantage of for being a girl. I am always respected and they clean up every nook and cranny in your car. Highly recommended this business! So they raise prices by $20 on the weekends, pay $30 for wash & wax Mon- Thur for small SUV, but on Fri-Sun it's $50. Wtf?! They do a decent job when its a luxury or exotic car, employees assume they'll receive a better tip I imagine, but domestic/commuter cars not really. Make sure you check that they clean your grille and wheels properly and the windows from the inside too. read more

Honestly, the old owner was way more detailed with their wash. These new owners don't even wash all the way to the bottom of the car, left the inside of my passenger window dirty, and the $10 extra I paid for the armor all on my leather to prevent it from becoming damaged wasn't even done properly, missed spots on the seat and dashboard. Also, I paid prior to leaving my car and when I return they had a tag on it marking unpaid. Maybe I'll give them another try, but so far not impressed. read more
