Went here for the first time today and will not be going back. The barber I had was definitely not worth what was charged. Simple haircut but he said he couldn't do the hot towel shave because he didn't have any towels prepared. He didn't talk during the whole haircut, which was fine, but he almost seemed slightly annoyed that I was interrupting his time by being there. After he finished I asked him how much and he said $30. I showed him my credit card (I didn't have cash) and he said he would have to charge me the credit card service fee. I said that is fine and he charged me $39. $9 for a CC service fee? I said thanks and goodbye and he didn't respond, just turned around and didn't say anything. No receipt and no goodbye or anything. I felt like I was being an inconvenience to his time and then being overcharged $9 for a service fee. The haircut and experience was absolutely NOT worth $39, nor the feeling that I was a burden to him. I will definitely not be going back. It really seems like the other barbers were smiling, interactive, and happy to be there. Maybe I just got the guy who was having a bad day. Either way, I won't be back. read more

Im a barber from out of state and I was looking for a good shop near my families house. My first impression of this place was great. The set and design of the shop was really nice and stylish. The chairs were comfortable and high quality. My barbers name was Patrick. He was super friendly and held a great conversation with me. He was very knowledgable about hair styles and how to cut them. He gave me the exact haircut I was looking for and took great care in making it look good. I would absolutely go back to Patrick next time Im in town and away from my own barber shop and I recommend him for your next haircut as well. read more

I brought my ten year old son here after a horrible mishap at SuperCuts. Mike and the guys there helped make light of the situation and were eager to help my son out. The shop is stylish and attractive but inappropriate music and conversation among staff. My son got one of the worst haircuts here. Twice now. Chopped, uneven, straggling pieces. Bad attitude from the barber from the second we walked in. I figured a men's barber shop would give a kid the best cut. I don't know why I went back. My husband gets his haircuts here along with my five year old son. Their hair always looks trendy and nice. Barbers here are talented. Most importantly for me at least, I feel very comfortable here, it's appropriate music playing for kids, and the guys are friendly and genuine guys. Prices are fair as well. read more

Have been going to see Michael the owner for fine haircuts almost four years. He is the best. He is so talented and kind. Great personality, great professional. Always ready to listen, does what you ask him to do!!!Before Covid I asked him to cut my hair like Caesar! I used to wear it like that 20 years ago when I was young and handsome. He told me to bring in an old photo. I did the next time. He cut my hair just like it used to be!!!I I Just look like an older emperor! Shop is spotless, other barbers always say hello. Listen...I don't think I can say enough good about this shop. I've had the BEST haircuts, trims, and beard care than any place EVER!!!! Mike, the owner, is both professional AND talented. He literally has taken the beat care of me and done amazing work that still overwhelms me!!! The prices are sooooo cheap for the expert work they do so I always tip well! YOU SHOULD TOO!!! It's just a great environment!!! You can just go in there and chill, talk about friends weekends out in buffalo or whatever!!! Just the most chill and fun barbers in this place ever! I can't say enough good about this place because I know even other people I referred to this place loved it just as much!!! I literally can't imagine going anywhere else now!!! I've been going to Mike for well over a year now and I would never think of going anywhere else. Mike gives the best haircut and beard edge up in WNY, and that's saying a lot since some barbers are charging more than $30 for a mediocre fade and edge up. Mike is personable, and makes you feel like you've been his friend since childhood. I don't think I've ever met someone that is so talented with a straight razor and pair of clippers in his hand. He takes the time on every cut to make sure it looks perfect, and that's why I keep coming back. Berto does great work as well, I'm just partial to Mike since he really knows my haircut now.
