I don't necessarily mind that, but it would have been helpful if it was explained more clearly when I booked. The message I received said, "It's a private property, go to your right when you arrive." Since most businesses are technically on private property, that wasn't very specific. I purchased a Groupon for a single-process color, cut, conditioning treatment, and blow-dry, and booked my appointment for 12 p.m. about a week in advance. I arrived around 11:50 but wasn't taken until about 12:25. Not a huge issue, but the wait felt longer since it was warm inside and a bit uncomfortable. Once seated, I explained what I wanted, but then had to wait again before someone came from the back to start my color. She didn't make much conversation, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it made the experience quieter than I'm used to in a salon. After the dye was applied, I noticed the timer stopped working at some point, but eventually it was time to wash it out. The wash itself was nice--the shampoo and conditioner smelled great. My haircut, however, felt rushed. I only wanted my dead ends trimmed, but another stylist stepped in and seemed to finish in under five minutes. For the blow-dry, the stylist who did my color also handled this part. She took her time, sectioned my hair carefully, and overall did a good job, though there were a couple of moments where my neck was tugged a bit. All in all, it's a decent little salon. They also offer nail and facial services, which I noticed while I was there.

I know what dermaplaning is and what I booked my appointment for and to be done but There's obviously a lot of peach fuzz still on my face and dead skin. When I asked her about the dead skin still being on my face she told me I needed a deep facial, if I needed a deep facial why wasn't I told this before I sat down for a service that either way wasn't done properly or of the looks of it at all? I got a second opinion from my aunt as well who owns her own esthetics/aesthetics business and even looking at these pictures I provided you can CLEARLY tell she did nothing...? I was a new client and the only thing the girl said at all to me was "you can follow me" to her suite and that was it until I came back and said how it looks like nothing was done to my face. I as well tipped $20 because I always tip good but still this is messed up. She was also very rough with my face and kept messing up my lash extensions I had just got done this same day as well. The pictures provided are minutes from me leaving the business. She had me sit back down as well when I came back and said something about it looking like nothing was done and started pushing insanely hard into my face with her fingers?? Than showed me her fingers and said look it's your pores, granted my pores aren't great but that's not what I said to her it was about the peach fuzz and dead skin still being there. Unprofessional, waste of my money & time as well honestly. It was $40 for the appointment didn't care at all to pay that it's not doing anything to my bank but I'm not going to pay for something that wasn't done or even done properly at all. I'm not mad or angry but just confused why I left looking the same exact way I came in just with oil all over my face lol. I booked with Stephanie. The owner texted me that she would offer a complimentary deep facial but I politely declined since I booked originally for dermaplaning & when I was told I needed a deep facial originally I said I'd book for that next until I was told and realized myself really nothing was done. I was asking about the Botox/fillers as well and really got no info about it from Stephanie other than being told "shes in Thursday" not even the owners/who does the fillers etc name or anything, just "she" lol. She also dug her fingers so deep into my nose. The pain was so bad. My eyes started watering so bad. I thought she genuinely took the derma planning tool and was pushing it into my nose with insane force...but it was just her fingers....

I'm a teacher and am back to work in-person now, but if I had more time I would be back in a heartbeat. All of the girls here make you feel like you're at home. When arrived I approached the desk and said hi I have an appointment at 10 and gave her My info. I was notified that my lash tech wasn't even there yet . Fine not a huge deal. I sat and waited after 15 minutes I asked the owner if the girl was on the way because no one had said anything to me. To my surprise the owner responded asking if I had texted my lash tech! What?? Im the customer, why its it my responsibility to text her? Needless to say I received an email confirmation the day before to confirm, which I did. Keep in mind this is my first time visiting this establishment I booked my appointment online I did not have my lash technicians phone number! Then all she said was "All of the girls handle their own schedules" So again no apology whatsoever so I sat there and waited another 10 minutes no acknowledgment that I'm sitting there for almost a half hour . Then I randomly get a text message from my lash tech telling me that her kids school bus is running late and she was on the way. After waiting 30 minutes and still no sign of her I've officially sat without knowing what time she will be showing up . After wasting half my morning I decided to get up and just let them know I was leaving. The owner simply said "OK I'll let her know " Not one time did this she apologize to me or offer any type of rebooking not showed any sincerity that she was sorry. First impressions are everything this is all I need to know about this business. Very amateurish. And it's not even a nice salon no ambiance, you're in one giant room with everybody else no privacy. Anyone can throw a few beds in a room and hang up some home goods pictures and call it a business . Next!

I had a video consultation with Jeannie who was lovely as she talked me through my options. Then, for my "trial" I had Leo who did an amazing job. I couldn't believe how much these lashes brightened my face, but weren't overdone. I saw her again for the wedding and, again, in love. Leo is easy to talk to and she knows what she's doing. Lastly, when I woke up the day before my wedding with a couple of stray lashes, the front desk got me in quickly to fix.
