I had such a pleasant experience at Milan Lash! I got a really good deal on Groupon and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! Everyone made sure I was very comfortable for my full set. I have gotten lashes other places before, so I knew what to expect, but I thought the entire experience was really lovely. When you first check in they have you fill out a form with your contact information. Then they sit with you and show you the different options they offer, there's a ton. I like mine really long but there were plenty of shorter options as well. The entire place was immaculate inside and so clean. And the women were so sweet and helpful. horrible customer service. had groupon and it expired. groupon policy say they don't have to provide the particular service but credit can be used for amount paid. they would even listen just kept saying expired. had to file complaint with groupon and they will charge then. Ridiculous. they could have just read policy! read more

My eyelashes lasted 3 weeks and looked amazing! And my natural eyelashes really weren't damaged at all. The place was so clean and modern, staff were really helpful, and I was in and out with a full set in 45 minutes. I have 0 complaints and am honestly so impressed! read more

The first time I came here, I had a Groupon and a young technician took wonderful care of me and although it took her over two hours to do my lashes, they came out so beautiful and lasted a really long time!! So obviously I came back for a second time to pay full price. HOWEVER I had a different lady this time, an older woman who was quite rude and rushed me while I was trying to pick a different style this time. We had emailed prior to the appointment to do a more natural one that should've been $110 but she said "we don't do that" and had me do the $130 lashes for whatever reason. She didn't speak English well so it was extremely difficult to communicate with her. All this aside, the worst part was that she was extremely rough while handling my lashes and pinched my eyelids multiple times to the point I was saying "ow!" and letting her know she was hurting me. By the time she was done my eyes wouldn't stop tearing for the next hour or so. Now hours later, my eyes are still super itchy and irritated because of her. Not only that, but she got up multiple times during my session to talk to people, answer her phone, etc. while I lied there waiting for her to return. Unfortunately I will not be returning bc of this experience. I wanted to get out of there so badly I let her keep a 25% tip bc I didn't want to wait for change. read more

Horrible service. Never remembers my appointments. Not accommodating at all. Rude people who work there. I will not be returning. Also expensive for really bad lashes. All my lashes fell out within 5 days when they usually stay for over 3 weeks. Never coming back. read more

The lady who did them spent her time on the phone the whole time . She didn't wanna give me the cat eye shape that I asked for she told me natrual better . Faye did an absolutely amazing job on my eyelashes! Unfortunately the last place that I went to put glue not only on my natural lashes, but on my eyelids too and ripped out a lot of my natural lashes. Faye was able to fill in the gaps that I had from the last place and create a beautiful and natural look. She was so sweet and takes a lot of pride in her work.
