Before going to visit I'd never heard of the store . I was greeted by Kim with a smile and she was more than eager to help me with a mattress . She went over and beyond by pulling down mattresses from the wall to allow me to try out any mattress I wanted . I felt bad to ask her to pull down the mattress but she encouraged me to take my time and lay on the mattress , touch it and make a decision whenever I was ready. What I liked the most about Kim is she paid attention to my needs as she made suggestions . There were enough mattresses to chooses from and I wasn't in any hurry . Therefore , I took my time and she made that easy . She tried to find a mattress That incline possibly purchase in house , but there weren't any sizes in the back to accommodate me. However , she gave me a delivery date and mentioned that someone will call if there are any shipping issues . On November 11, 2022 we had a mattress and box spring delivered to my home. The box spring had many issues: large puncture hole in the center of the bottom fabric, fabric torn away from staples and staples so few and far between that fabric was sagging. I did not accept the box spring and asked for a refund for this piece. I have made several phone requests for the refund but there has been no return call and no refund returned to us. We have never had anything delivered to us that was in such bad condition. This was to be a new quality Sealy box spring that was to be sent to us. I called Sleep Galleria in Feb. 2022 to get recommendations for a recliner I could recover from my upcoming surgery in. They Recommended an Osaki chair. I bought it but I was supposed to get a 15% discount. I never got it. 2 months later the chair was delivered and assembled, I signed the receipt. As soon as I tried it I noticed several things did not work on this chair. I called immediately and was told to call Titan/Osaki directly. The person I dealt with was extremely rude & I got a manager on the phone - I was told that this chair would not work for recovering from surgery because it is uncomfortable to spend hours in. Osaki sent replacement parts and I waited weeks for the technician to come. He said 1 part was broken & the other part was wrong. I called both Sleep Galleria and Titan/Osaki several times asking to return the chair, Sleep Galleria tried to get me to buy an additional different chair!! Neither would take it back or respond to me. I called Wells Fargo who financed my chair and they put a hold on my payments and are investigating my claim. I contacted Sleep Galleria again to let them know they need to come pick up this chair. It has been sitting in my home for 3 months and can't be used. They still refuse to take the chair back & no one has bothered to try to fix it again. I had asked to exchange it, but was refused again. I had to buy an adjustable bed frame and new mattress from somewhere else (they could have gotten that sale in an exchange) because my surgery was June 15th and I hadn't heard from anyone in 2 months about the chair. Now Sleep Galleria is saying that they can't get an answer from Osaki either. I just want them to take it back and refund the charge. I feel I was scammed because I'm a 60 year old handicapped lady. Again I say to anyone contemplating making a purchase from Sleep Galleria, Know that Sleep Galleria "delivered" our massage chair defective and un-operational ! What kind of business delivers you an item that is defective and not operational "right out of the delivery truck and box" !?! Then when you advise management (Brandon Kriske) and the owners (Stephen Norris, Patrick Norris and Stephen Popov)) of the issue, they tell you "it's not their problem, you'll need to seek relief from the manufacturer" ?1? This was NOT a chair that was used for even a day. It was delivered defective. The owner Norris refuses to make the sale right by replacing it with a new and operational chair. Norris offers only lip service of an apology, then claims in his response to our first review, that the manufacturer will "repair" this defective chair. Who wants a $5,500 massage chair that has already been delivered defective and not operating to be "repaired" ? Any ethical and legitimate furniture store would swap out your defective piece with a piece that is NOT defective. Not Sleep Galleria ! Here is the best part, when we do contact the manufacturer (the manufacturer the owner "claims" will stand by their product), they advised us they will not be replacing the defective chair, and that we need to seek our relief from the store we purchased it at. They go further to say that if we agree to have it repaired, it will be "several weeks" before they will even have a technician out to our home to "trouble shoot" it. If that isn't bad enough, they then advise it will be an "additional 6-8 week wait" before any parts the chair may need will arrive. Now we are left with a useless $5,500 massage chair, being told by Sleep Galleria to seek resolve with the manufacturer, and being told by the manufacturer to seek resolve from Sleep Galleria. I went to buy a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a full-size adjustable bed frame (I LOVE ZERO GRAVITY) on 12/5/2020. I was told that, due to the particular size of bed frame, it would take 2 weeks and delivery would be made on 12/19/2020. I was disappointed when they called on the 18th to confirm delivery of the mattress only! I asked when the frame would be delivered and they said not for two more weeks. That was their best guess. :( I went into the store to complain and they offered to substitute a Malouf adjustable frame (model M455) for the Tempur-Pedic brand. Having similar warranties, I agreed. However, when I received delivery on 1/4/2021, I was TOLD I had a model M455 (based on the remote), but I actually was provided model i455!
