The bed arrived a week later and was terribly uncomfortable. I called Eric the next day so he told me he would order me the plush mattress. I went to another store to try it out since it was more money. They then ordered the plush version. After many mishaps and lack of communication, the replacement mattress was delivered but it was the wrong one. I refused the delivery and again called the store. Spoke to Renee and she worked hard to right the situation, I'm still waiting. It's been over a month and I paid the extra money for the expensive mattress and haven't heard anything. it has been a huge regret that I ever went into that store. I hate the bed.

We purchased over $16,300 worth of furniture with the $1,000 discount. And they only gave a speaker as a gift . They also charged us about $130 for delivery.
