Many thanks to Justin for getting right to the point and finding us the right mattress after asking the right questions. He went out of his way to find what we needed in a store nearby and saved us a day of running around. **EDITED 04/10/19** I guess you get what you pay for. Several boards in the box spring we purchased from Mattress Firm in June 2018 snapped in Jan 2019 and the bed sagged dramatically. I took pictures to begin the warranty repair/replacement process per the company website. Before I filed, I went to the store to see if the problem could be solved easily with an exchange. Justin told me he could arrange an exchange and said to call later when he could talk about the details. Several calls, email, and MONTHS later, I have still not been in contact with Justin. I'm not even going to bother with the warranty process, it looks like the fees associated with the process might be equal to the cost of the box spring. Lesson learned. I won't be purchasing another product from Mattress Firm again. read more

Horrible experience and dealt with one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. Bought a $3000 plus mattress an adjustable base. Confirmed that the base when delivered would be higher and that it came with multiple leg extensions. Both my wife and I confirmed this with the salesman because the floor model was extremely low. They also had advertising all over an out front of the store saying "free" adjustable base. Well it wasn't but oh he gave me a great deal but reducing it half price. They did deliver in the correct time frame but the base was still really low just like we discussed in the store. I called the salesman, sent pics and video explaining it did not come as discussed. He agreed their should have been additional extensions to the legs. He then proceeded to tell me, the customer who just spend $3k to call Serta and buy the bases and then come back in the store to have him reduce the amount off my bill. I proceeded to order Serta baser riser extensions on Amazon. They arrived an I installed them. They were narrower then the original and the base was extremely heavy. Had to use my car jack to even put them on. Once installed the whole bed shook when you got on it. It's awful. I took one back off, traveled to the store showed the salesman what I had received he said he would call Serta and have the correct ones ordered. A week later he texted me saying he had not forgot and ordered them and they would be in 3-5 days. The end of the next week I texted him back after not hearing a reply, twice. I proceeded to go to the store Saturday morning when they opened and he was extremely unprofessional telling me the bases do not come with the bed and that Serta would not send them to him. I needed to call them an order them. Realize I do not work at Mattress Firm so they will sell me the bases and not their distributor??? He then proceeded to raise his voice, basically calling me a liar to the extend I decided to leave before it got even uglier. I will never buy a thing from this place and wish they knew what kind of unprofessional associate they having working at this location. A month later,$3k later plus $100.00 in additional bases that don't work and I have a bed that wobbles 6" or more. Extremely unhappy customer. Stay away from this place read more

Salesman Beau Ellsworth took the time to promote and demo the fully adjustable bases. At point of purchase he asked if we wanted an adjustable base, we declined. By far the best experience my husband and I have had with shopping for a new mattress. Justin knows his stuff that's for sure. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and explained the different mattress types along with their pros and cons. I really have to commend this store for great customer service. After a very easy and pleasant shopping experience where we were patiently helped with trying multiple mattresses before selecting the perfect one, Mike called the day of delivery to make sure that I had received my phone call letting me know when the two hour delivery window would be. The mattress came on time, was set up quickly and professionally, and I love it. I appreciate them having respect for the value of my time... and the return policy of getting to try the mattress for 120 days to make sure I really like it is pretty great also. NO SHENANIGANS! It was not my intention to visit this mattress store but as I exited my vehicle, I wanted to ask a question. The manager greeted me and was able to answer my question. They will price match on-line offers as well as brick and mortar stores. If they can verify the price you've located, they will beat that price by 10%. I could have purchased the mattress from this location but in the big picture, this didn't make sense. I prefer to just work with my local store, (building relationships) and just have one person involved in the process so that there are no problems or miscommunication. I had already made contact with James and we just purchased the mattress set with him. I will say that the manager was very straight forward and answered my question directly. No attempt to schmooze or manipulate. I appreciated this very much and if I lived in the area, I would definitely patronize this store. Hooray for no shenanigans! read more

We went in just to look and were helped by Justin O. He spent a great deal of time with us and we came away with a great King Split bed and adjustable bases. Very thorough, smooth experience. Our salesperson Brittany helped me through this so much. She was so relaxed and let me roam the floor and mash, and lay down and roll over and everything you're going to see a customer do and ask about in a mattress store. But she was really great and was never too "informative" or pushy in any way. When I had a crossroads in a decision, she showed me a couple of options and facts and then set me free to compare and think for myself. That's how I like being treated. The showroom was clean, friendly, and easy to compare differences between brands and styles. The particular bed I wanted, she made sure of the delivery and has been very clear in communicating the delivery time and handling all aspects in a very professional manner. It is so nice to have someone local I can trust and rely on in purchasing quality bedding. I would recommend Mattress Firm in Flowery Branch, Ga. to any of my friends or family. I have visited this store 3 times in the last 5 months and have purchased a total of 5 beds. I worked with 3 different salespeople each time and they were all great, which is why I kept returning. If I were to rate this store after my first 2 visits and deliveries, I'd have given them 5 stars. However, my 3rd time went far different. Salesperson was great, delivery was not. Two delivery guys, both on their phones the entire time of delivery. I tried talking to the first guy to show him which door to deliver to, but he was too involved in his phone conversation to notice or hear me. So he put their "red carpet" at the wrong door. Once they saw I was at a different door, they "asked" me where to put the beds by pointing to the room instead of speaking to me (again because they were on the phone). The entire process took twice the time it should have. When all was said and done, they left and 10 minutes later realized they left their red mat (again, at the wrong times door) and had to call me back to come and get it. I usually tip the delivery guys, this time I kept my cash. I would not recommend this store to anyone as it seems like some of their employees are too busy with their personal lives to focus on their customers for 15 minutes. It's a bummer. read more
