I can remember that they have the best delivery people in the business. I also remember my elderly parents buying a huge cabinet they had delivered, and that they wanted to move it a few years later. The SAME DELIVERY GUYS who originally brought it came back and moved it for them. I saw a negative review from someone who custom ordered something through Wilson's. Guess what? When you special order furniture from ANY STORE, you open yourself up to a myriad of problems. I've been through it. Don't blame the locals, they're at the mercy of the manufacturer. It's just a bad idea to buy that way. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

A shipping container serves as an impromptu dining room which is so intriguing and appealing! There are beautiful, uniquely curated chandeliers and lamps everywhere. Gorgeous sofas and enveloping chairs in calm & dreamy palettes. Beautiful bed lines in luxurious fabrics. Hearty dining room tables and rustic chairs to accompany them. Memphis is sorely lacking in quality home furniture. The Back Room certainly fills an underserved niche.
