I called customer service for all of HD on the 7th and was told that the item was IN THE STORE just not yet ready for pickup. That the latest it will be ready would be the 8th or 9th. I just called TODAY, May 10th, because there has been no update on my order. The lady who picked up was rude and then told me she's placing me on a "brief hold". I was on hold for 13 minutes before someone finally picked up and said "hi yes we have located all of your items. They are all here. None of them have been scanned in yet though" to which I inquired, what "items" since I only had ONE item. The guy on the phone couldn't answer me and there was an awkward silence and then he just says "we will send you an email when it's ready for pickup" and hung up.
