Having first interactions with Tyler in the store and his knowledge of the beds was awesome. And since we just moved in and we have no other furniture they were able to get us the bed the in two days installed ready to go. Tyler was very professional and knowledge in helping us. And the two gentlemen that came and brought us a bed were awesome they were so quick and got it done easily. But at least for them it was easy because we had no furniture to walk around so it was a straight shot into the room and they got it set up and we have a bed. Thank you outfitters for all your help. 5 Star. Tish was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in our mattress buying process! She was so very sweet and made us feel like family. We selected a couple of mattresses to try out based on her questionnaire in the beginning. We picked out a beautiful Stearns & Foster Hurston Luxury Cushion Firm mattress, Malouf Bamboo sheets, and Arctic Chill mattress protector. The warranty for the mattress and protector are perfect! We decided on financing which ended up being so simple and quick to finalize. Tish made everything so comfortable, no pressure or hassle, and simple. Even in these weird times we felt safe. The store was sanitized, we had protective sheets for trying out the beds, and were safely distancing with our masks. We are so excited for our mattress, sheets, protector, and our free delivery! The delivery team arrived this morning at 9:15. I was so excited to finally have my new bed after many months of remodeling my house. I would not recomend this place to anyone.they don't put the consumer 1st. I have had 2 different mattresses so far.the 1st one was defective. had to go through crap to get it replaced,could not get refund.although it was a defective. they will not replace the one I have now.I would recomend going to a furniture store before buying here again.they do not stand behind what they sell.on a scale from 1 to 10, I would give them a 0 read more
