Lastly, I love the fact that you do NOT have to sign a long term contract with them, as many people only need these units for a few months or so. What should have been a simple job turned into a complete nightmare :( During the work, John admitted he accidentally caused damage to an interior pipe and asked if he could create a hole in my interior dining room drywall to fix it. Of course I said no, had him stop work, and had a different plumber look at the damage. The new plumber confirmed the additional work that now needs to be done and gave me an estimate.
