We felt scammed because timing was very important to us, but had to proceed despite feeling the owner was dishonest. The crew that was sent to install (Tim and Giovanni) was unprofessional and made a lot of mistakes. It got to a point where we felt uncomfortable with them in our home. When they did show up, we caught one of the workers laying on our new carpet and rolling around. When we brought up the issues to the owner and installation manager (and sent proof), they did not seem to care. It seemed as if this was normal for them. Any solutions were brought up by us and no solutions were provided by the company. We even had to point out a lot of mistakes that were made that the installation manager missed. At one point, we had to facilitate getting our carpet to our home because one of the workers wanted to leave and we had to do the labor of carrying the carpet into our home. When we finally got another crew out, they were confused about why our project took 7 days when they said they could have it completed in 2. At the end, when discussing with the owner, we felt he was he acted rude, aggressive, and condescending. The dishonesty and lack of communication throughout the process was the worst we've experienced through 5 years of home improvements. An actual quote from the owner was, "I only care about the numbers." After fighting with them for a week, the end product is acceptable but not as expected or worth the price. This company does not care about the job they do, they say themselves they only care about the numbers.

They do good work, but at a rather high price. Make sure you read contract before signing as what…read morerequested was not included and to rectify, there will be an additional fee. Installation was professionally done, although the foul language they used between each other was less then desirable. In the end I wish I would have gotten other comparable quotes. After canceling the installation on the initial date because the stone supplier went out of business and closed its doors a week before our scheduled installation ( D Old Granite)!!!, Kim worked to help us rapidly find a countertop we loved as much as our first choice. She provided insight on color and style of countertops and after applying her recommendations, we have a beautiful kitchen. There are innumerable full slabs options to see at the show room and samples of items that can be ordered. Do not bypass this place when remodeling or building a new bath or kitchen.

This Neptune, slide-in tub is a safe, affordable solution for anyone having difficulty using a regular tub due to an injury, disability, or age. I previously has an Assisto bathtub from a Canadian company that was outrageously complicated, defective, and expensive. It was so problematic that I couldn't stand it and after a year and a half, had to have it torn out and replaced with the Neptune tub. This necessitated having to have the tub tile work and floor redone, etc., but I am grateful every day when I bathe that I now have a wonderful, safe, reliable, slide-in, Neptune tub. It is like manna from Heaven! The staff at Homewardbath was terrific, too. Great product with customer service to match!
