This was our second mattress purchase from this store. We were very pleased with Vicky, who helped us navigate through what we wanted and where it needed to be delivered. We needed a queen mattress/box spring in one location, and 2 twin mattresses/box springs in another location. She gave us the best prices possible, called the warehouse to see what was available and when it could be delivered, and gave us free mattress pads for each mattress. We kept in touch with her to make sure of the deliveries and she was super helpful! This store, and Vicky in particular, made our purchases quick and easy! read more

This store provides a good process of deciding on the purchase of the mattress by having you lie down on the four main types, deciding which of those four you like the best, and then shopping the variations of that style. I liked having 0% interest for 5 years to finance the purchase. read more

I wanted to thank Dave Carnes so helping me purchase a mattress for my mother while I was visiting from San Diego. He was so helpful and walked me through which mattress would be best and even helped me out with a deal! They delivered the mattress 3 days later, set it up, and took away the old one. Brett wants to sell you the most expensive bed, and doesn't listen to any questions you have. Just tells you that you're wrong and that the tags they have on the beds don't match what he knows!! Do not waste your time going into this location if Brett is there. When questioned about special box springs with the bed I was looking at he proceeded to tell me it's federal law to have a box spring blah blah blah, not asking what kind of base I was utilizing before being an idiot. So if you like a jerky used car salesman who doesn't care what works for you but wants to sell you a million dollar bed because he will get a crazy commission, then heck Brett is your man....... I dont. Wouldn't even give me any information about the beds I looked at just said you don't want that you don't want that you don't want that.....really great way to sell beds. read more

Best customer service I have seen coming from a business good selection fast delivery

Do NOT shop this store or listen to the store manager Greg! We have had nothing but problems since we bought our Tempur Pedic. First, they tell you that you must sleep on the bed 90+ days to "break it in." That takes you well past the short 45day return for a refund period. So when we couldn't stand it anymore we went in to discuss an exchange. We were told by Greg he could not honor the Tempur Pedic sale price that was going on when we purchased the first mattress BUT he could knock $300 off if he had the mattress we wantes in the warehouse, which he said he did, only one! We hurried up and paid the ADDITIONAL $767 LAST FRIDAY! They never contacted us about delivery. I called Tuesday and he said it would be here today. I called today and then he said it would be tomorrow. THEN he calls back AGAIN to tell me it wouldn't be here until NEXT TUESDAY, at which point we said we were DONE dealing with these people and just wanted our money back. He directed me to customer service, who was rude and not willing to help, then the Territory Manager, Dan who was rude and refused to compensate us or do anything! Stated they are the NO 1 dealer and threatening them with a lawsuit didn't scare him. I will now be contacting the better business bureau. Do NOT SHOP this store or any other Mattress Warehouse. DO NOT let Greg sell you anything. He changed his story and tried to cover up the numerous screw ups. He is worse than a used care salesman! Don't have the same regrets we do! My brother and I, both in our twenties, did not experience very friendly service at Mattress Warehouse. Having just graduated college, he's pretty low on cash and needed a cheap but sturdy mattress. The employee (I think her name was Kate) seemed annoyed that we were taking up her time with such a frivolous request though we were the only customers in the store. She was almost disgusted when he wasn't interested in a box spring instead opting to keep it on the floor. It was almost as if she was inconvenienced that she wasn't going to make a big sale. In contrast we received amazing, friendly, and understanding service at the Original Mattress Factory. Save yourself the trip and just head across the street to the Original Mattress Factory when you need a mattress. read more
