I purchased a remote starter for my car at Best Buy and had it installed at the Wooster, Ohio location in 2020. The service technicians were great and informative. I need another remote starter installed now (2023), but trying to get ahold of anyone in this service department by phone is impossible now. Every time I call I'm transferred to some call center in India. I'll shop elsewhere from now on.

Then they delivered a sofa in a different color. Again, took a long time to get them to remove it from our house. We're still waiting for our replacement sofa. Just like Jim P., they've refused to answer our calls or our texts. Stay far, far away from these people. Con artists and thieves. Wouldn't be surprised if the merchandise they're selling "falls" off of trucks.

If I'm at a cashier, they'll make a big deal out of it, claim that "they can't change the price", then call over someone and send them to "check the price" on the shelf. That person will then come back 5-10 minutes later, insisting that I was looking at a different price for something else. There's a ton of false advertising going on here. The last time I was there, they refused to honor a coupon I had for coffee. The coupon came inside the Keurig coffee machine that I just bought at Walmart! They suggested I take it to the service desk. I did. They still refused to honor the coupon "because the computer won't take it". Are the computers running the store? Or, is the store running the computers? In any case, it's a really crappy way of treating your customers!

Twice now put in two orders, both were canceled without a reason. Ordered an arm sleeve, that should have arrived two days ago. Still not here and the real shocker is that no one knows where it is. I do not have a car nor a license. I depend on the delivery service. Customer service is getting crappie all the time. I know mistakes can be made, we are all human. But the total disregard for people's purchases, and not caring about human opinion is really sad. Please get it together.

The staff has been super helpful and nice on my visits and I feel like the things I buy from there are great quality for the price! I definitely will continue to shop here.
