The Emeline mattresses are my absolute favorite. Prices are just fantastic. We also use only bed gear mattress protectors on all our beds. They are not noisy or hot or scratchy and they protect the mattresses from all bed wetting accidents. Clint was great to work with. The newer showroom is really nice. Nothing not to recommend here. Wish they would open a location near us.

We wanted to purchase from somewhere close and since we were furnishing a 2nd home wear and tear is not going to be what it would be if we were living there full time. Within one week of delivery a seam was splitting on the ottoman (which we had never even sat on). Getting repairs is an absolute NIGHTMARE and a complete time suck. From calling to getting someone at the house to look at the issue took 6 weeks. Then 6 weeks to order whatever is needed to fix a seam (apparently we have to replace the entire cushion) and just got a call to schedule Ashley repairs to come out to actually do the repair - they left a message and I called them back within 15 mins - entire month of July for repairs is full. They will call me mid July to book hopefully for August. Mind you the couch was delivered in November. This long for a split seam - by time it is repaired will likely be 9/10 months from purchase. I will never ever ever purchase another piece of furniture from Ashley. Had this gone well i would have purchased more for our place - but nope, bought everything else (and we had to furnish the entire place) at different places. Do better Ashley or be honest with your customers about the repair process if there are issues!

I love Ollie's! Two…read moreof my favorite stores are Aldi and Big Lots and I get both of those vibes when I'm in Ollie's. This location opened in the fall and I think we've been five times or so. The first few times just to browse, but the last couple of times for specific items (air mattress for example). You'll find something different each time you visit. It's like treasure hunting to dig through some of the shelves. I scored some limited edition Method brand hand soap on my first visit. Snagged as many as I could and paid less than half of what I would have at Target. Yes, I get excited about hand soap. A great place to go if you need guest items - I stock up on toothbrushes, body washes, things like that. They have non-perishable food/pantry items. No fresh food. Great place for baking supplies, spices, cereal, shelf-stable items if you aren't really picky about brand names. I would love to see the pet merchandise expanded upon, but they do have an aisles worth right now. Lots of things for the home like rugs, sheets, pillows, towels. Several aisles of toys and a huge area dedicated bargain books. Kitchen, automotive, electronics, office supplies, and seasonal also. While I love a bargain, some of the items at Ollie's are not. We did find an air mattress at Ollie's, but it was much less expensive to get one from Walmart. While their books are 'bargain' prices, I'm not sure they're less expensive than the big box stores. The price tags all have an 'ours' and 'theirs' price. Sometimes there isn't much of difference. I noticed this when buying Halloween candy. I signed up for their rewards program - Ollie's Army. It's easy join and use and you get a coupon for joining. Sign up for their weekly emails, too. The company did a really nice job upgrading the outside of the storefront and appear to be maintaining the parking lot. Customer service has always been above average when we've visited. If you need assistance with something, there are plenty of employees available. Grab a shopping cart - you'll need it!

After our visit to Ashley Furniture we drove to Slumberland. Totally different shopping experience…read more Maybe it has to do with their location, but we had the whole place to ourselves most of the time we were there. Upon entering we were greeted right away by Doug. I remember Doug because he has quite the personality - in a good way. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us around the whole sales floor. Slumberland and Ashley have very similar items, Slumberland also sells Ashley brand furniture. After 45 minutes or so we left without buying anything. As far as the shopping experience, I didn't feel there was any pressure to buy and appreciated that no one was looking over our shoulder. The variety was just right. Lots of nice little accent pieces that caught my attention maybe more so than the furniture did. 4/5 stars because most of the guys working were taking smoke breaks out the side door of the building. When they would come back inside they'd bring the cigarette smoke with them.

Got an adjustable frame to go with it, also for a very fair price. Bed showed up today. Kevin and Garrett arrived within the scheduled delivery window. Great at their jobs. Good guys. Friendly, but also focused. Brought everything up to my fourth floor apartment, unpackaged, set up, cleaned up, and on the road within 45min. Left them a good tip. So should you. Highly recommend.

They were knowledgeable about the mattresses, and when I wanted to make a phone call home to confirm the mattress type we were getting, they both immediately turned around and walked some distance away across the store so we could have more privacy. I thought that was nice and we never felt pressured. Paying and scheduling the delivery were easy, but if I had one complaint, it would be that they didn't tell us that the frame wasn't included in the price. A few days later, they called to say that the delivery had to be pushed forward a day and Serta wasn't giving them any good reasons for it to pass on to us. They made sure that that was OK and then they refunded the cost of the bed frame as an apology without my even asking. I wasn't even mad, actually, but they seemed to feel genuinely bad about it. In summary, our experience almost couldn't have been better. I'd definitely recommend them.
