I could have do e without the doctors, they were useless and just walked around like gods and acted like they were in charge and knew what they were doing. They did not. It was very apparent. When my father was transferred to the ICU all family were invited in, we are had accepted and new it was our final hours. This is where Carlee stepped in, she was the angel we needed. She was our nurse and handled the whole process with love in her heart and actions. Again the doctors up there came around talking in circles and I had to correct them on the events of the day because they were just making things up and acting like they knew. Treating us like idiots. All the doctors I had an interaction with could have never shown there faces or talked in circles and just not been there and they would have never been missed. They were useless. The staff on that floor, besides the doctors, were angels and let us have our last hours with him be what we needed to let him go peacefully. Language barriers beside, the bedside manners of these doctors is ridiculous, they know nothing of "care" without Carlee, Erica and surrounding staff, that place would be abandoned. As my Father was passing and after he passed Erica came up stairs to see how he was. She was human, and compassionate. After he passed and we had our time, there were hugs and tears on both sides. The Doctors, absent. I enjoyed that, I am afraid I would have shared my feelings with them in a bad way. I plan on going back and thanking the staff that did there job as soon as I can do it without losing it. Thank you Erica and Carlee and God bless you and staff for doing what you do. My father's name was Michael McKinley Kent, my name is Dale McKinley Kent.

I was there on time for the 9 of the 11 appointments that I made. They counted me as totally absent for 2 full appointments. They said another absence and I get kicked off the platform....wow I made an appointment for a followup after an emergency room visit when a doctor and nurse confirmed an upper rib Crack and another rib below my heart that had been contused from coughing from "alleged" covid... Mind you I carefully planned out this day off from work 2 WEEKS ahead of time because I knew the visit was going to take plenty of time to pinpoint the causation of my problem. Also I knew they were backed up from covid. I proceeded to get a call THE MORNING OF my appointment at 8am to tell me that my Dr. Appointment would be over the phone, they called me at 8AM!! (before work hours) to tell me that my appointment would be held over t7he internet. I then over the phone when they called me...asked the team if they needed an xray; and they said the doctor would have to make the call. My appointment was 5 and a half hours later after they had contacted me the DAY OF after I had cleared my work schedule. Had I known they would do this, I could have had a Dr. Interview during my lunch break. I'm waiting to hear anything on my phone...at 2pm for a text or a call or anything from my doctor to contact me on tenterhooks, and the assistant calls me 1 hour late and is like "She's going to be an hour or maybe more late getting to you What?? After all that berating me for being 5 minites late to 1 appointment?? Fine. The doctor eventually goes ahead and tells me yeah, you spend 2 times in the emergency room and the xrays looked MUCH worse the second time, possibly due to a "Virus" She DOES NOT PRESCRIBE ME PAIN MEDS FOR IT. I had a blood test In the emergency room proving my abstinence from weed and drugs... my primary care doctor sends me to the to the urgency unit near the mall to get tested for covid. The primary care unit failed to send me the recommendation of my primary care Dr. through to urgency. The urancy unit has to look it up later because the primary care team never sent the recommendation like they said they would... The urgency care gave me a covid test...FALSE. I have no history of drug use and no actual use of drugs. They took an xray of me finally for a healing rib fracture...but they can't see the rib contusion, but know its there....they gave me fucking TYLONOL! After that, sent me home with a muscle relaxer and Motrin. The muscle relaxer was denied by my insurance. I am In pain 3 weeks later and had to take leave from Amazon because of chest pain.

We returned home within a short time (1hour 15 minutes) and proceeded to indulge in the BLT. The sandwich was not eatable. The bacon was stuck together and so hard that there was no breaking through it. I proceeded to take the bacon off from between the croissant. Upon doing so, I found the bacon to be old or overly cooked. There was no way to eat the sandwich. I called kaiser and was transferred several times to the cafeteria. each time the ringing was long and then picked up and hung up. May 21, 2026 Another appointment at the Vacaville location for my mother. i then went down to this cafeteria and asked for the manager. I wanted to know if this location was operating under the same contract as the Vallejo location. The manager was summoned (middle-aged Asian female). Reiterating the issue, I was told that the sandwich was made to be eaten immediately (WHAT!). i responded by telling her that the timeline wasn't even 2 hours after buying. She then asked me for my credit card number in reference to the purchase. She wanted me to write it down for her. NOW THIS REQUEST IS CRAZY! I tell her, "Thank you" but "no thank you" and walk away. She tries to adjust her response but it's too late for me. May 22, 2026 I call back to Kaiser Vallejo and receive the same phone results (3 calls/no results). After three times of calling, long ringing and then phone picked up/hung up, I call one more time. This time the operator directs me to call the director (Jonh Healy) I complete the phone call and call Mr. Healy immediately. I was met with a voicemail and left a detailed message of the problem with contact number. I now await a callback.

Both the lady and male security guards went out of their way to locate my grandma's cane we had left a month prior. The nurses (Kaitlyn in med surge) and Carmie (CNA) at her most recent hospitalization were thorough with both managing her care, but also sharing her discharge information. I really appreciated the encouraging words from them as well. I can't speak on much of the doctors themselves, but my grandma's alive and doing well so I'd say that's been good. My only complaints are: the small ED lobby that feels like a bubble of germs with the circle of seats to cough onto each other. The lack of communication with wait times in between information given once you're in a room in the ED... and bedside with some ER doctors. But that's par the course for most hospitals.

I am submitting this review because my experience with the Napa laboratory has left me extremely…read moredisappointed and reluctant to return. A few Fridays ago, I left work early to complete laboratory testing ordered by my physician. Upon arrival, I was informed that one of the tests required fasting, something that had never been communicated to me by my doctor. As a result, I was unable to complete the testing and was told the laboratory could hold the orders so I could return the following Monday. On Monday, I again left work early to have the labs completed. Upon checking in, I was not greeted and simply approached the counter. The phlebotomist, Janae, instructed me to have a seat. When she reviewed the number of tests ordered, she turned to another employee and asked whether he wanted to take my blood draw. He declined. Over the next twenty minutes, I sat and observed Janae repeatedly calling out for another employee named Gloria only to be informed by a coworker that Gloria was not there. During that same period, she repeatedly asked coworkers which collection tubes should be used for my labs and sought assistance from multiple employees regarding the blood draw process. As a patient, it was difficult to feel confident when the person responsible for performing the procedure appeared to be relying heavily on others for basic guidance. At the beginning of the visit, I had informed Janae that I have a significant fear of needles and experience vasovagal responses, including fainting, during blood draws. Given that information, professionalism and reassurance were especially important. Attempting to lighten the mood after observing the situation, I smiled and jokingly asked the employee with glasses, "Are you sure you didn't want to take my blood today?" This was a lighthearted comment based on Janae's earlier question to him. Janae immediately became confrontational, stepping toward me and stating, "I know how to do my job. I know how to do my job." At that point, I no longer felt comfortable proceeding. I informed her that if she was going to respond to me with that attitude, I would leave, and I did exactly that. What concerns me most is that this interaction has left me genuinely uncomfortable returning to the Napa laboratory. I now feel compelled to travel to Vallejo or Vacaville to complete testing because I no longer have confidence in receiving professional, respectful care at this location. No patient should feel anxious about potential retaliation or apprehensive about returning for a routine medical procedure. I reported this incident the same day and left a message with Sandra, who informed me that Tammy would contact me. I followed up again the next day and was told Tammy was unavailable but would return my call. Several weeks have now passed, and I have never received any follow-up communication. The initial failure to communicate fasting requirements wasted my time and required multiple trips. The laboratory experience itself was unprofessional and unsettling. The complete lack of follow-up afterward has only reinforced the impression that patient concerns are not being taken seriously. I hope this review reaches someone willing to address both the conduct I experienced and the apparent lack of accountability that followed.
