Parking , a concern of mine, is perfect - free, and right in front of the building. Dallin, my PT , is excellent. He gave me individual attention and encouragement. I enjoyed each therapy session and felt stronger and more confident. Each session Dallin added exercises that really helped me walk better but I never felt stressed. The staff were kind, respectful, and considerate when scheduling appointments and were always flexible when changes needed to be made. The therapists were also kind and respectful during therapy. They didn't try to rush you through your sessions and would adjust your program to address any new concerns related to your therapy. I am excited to be going back next week for a pinched nerve that I know will be addressed with the best of therapy.

While he is a great doctor, it is almost impossible to see him. Whenever, I called I was pushed off to the nurse practitioner who is very nice but is relatively inexperienced and not a DOCTOR. The last time I started having another serious reaction to a new medicine. I called and I was told that I could not see the doctor for a month but I could, once again, see the nurse practitioner. When I explained that I wasnt comfortable with this and asked to see another physician, they said no. That was the last straw for me. I would stay away from this practice unless you are comfortable working through a nurse practitioner most of the time.

Called last week to set up an appoitment due to sciatic pain. I was told…read morethey would have to call my insurance company and call me back. I did not hear from them and then find out they closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Today, Monday called again and was told they had left a message on my phone. I checked and double check and there was no message on my telephone and I was told again they were checking with my insurance company and call me back around 11.30 am. They never called back and already closed for the day. What kind of clinic is this that knows that a patient is in pain and totally ignores the situation?

The best person/therapist ever!!) and without it, as a person living and struggling with multiple sclerosis, I may be in a wheelchair instead of just a cane. I can't recommend Iron Health with 10+ stars or I would. Everything is flawless from the greeters, to the billing (they handle all insurance for you, as well as helping updates with scripts), to the therapists...and the locations! I haven't been to Peekskill, but the Ardsley and Briarcliff locations are beautiful, clean and have tons of machines to aid in all aspects of getting your body back in business. Don't waste time with any other PT place...call Iron Health today!

All patients who enter are greeted by their names and with a warm welcome. My therapist, JT, is amazing. At the start of each session we reviewed my issues. I was at Sprain Brook Manor for rehab for polyneuropathy and was there for a little over three…read moremonths. I was quite disabled when I arrived and it wasn't until I started to recover, near the end of my stay there, that I wanted to go home. I knew I needed to be there, and the staff members knew I did too. Most were attentive and supportive and any concerns I had (there weren't many) were addressed promptly. The facility is kept very clean, the food was good (they accommodated my special requests) and there are daily activities for the patients to partake in. Staffing however, could be better. Please note that the main reason I chose Sprain Brook Manor was for the physical therapy and it was definitely the right choice. When I arrived there, and I do not exaggerate, I could not sit up, stand up, walk, use the bathroom, write, tie my shoes or pretty much anything else that required the use of my hands, legs and back. Thanks to the amazing efforts of my physical therapist Gilbert and my occupational therapist Rolanda, I improved slowly but surely and, to the surprise of many, I was able to walk out of there and go home! I cannot thank those two enough and will be forever grateful to them for accomplishing the impossible!
