As Lake Forest residents--Less than 2 years after they did their "job"-- we are having to correct…read moreand undo every decision (from tile to drainage to choice in filters to the peeling off of patio concrete stain to the dead landscape). While they did finish it, they held us hostage refusing to finish the work TO OUR AGREED standard decisions along the way until paid in full, even though each stage was disappointing. Shortcuts and money are #1. We had to hire a different company to correct their job. To this day.

We needed a new pump. David came out and looked at it. Sent some guy named Billy to replace the…read morepump. But not to touch the electricity. So now I have to wait another 2 days to get an electrician to hook that up. When the electrician came out, he couldn't do the job because the new pump was in the way. Had to have Billy come back out to move the pump. But no one showed up to do that. The electrician came back out 5 days later to fix the electricity. Now there are multiple leaks coming straight up out of the pump and can't get the pool on due to all the leaks. Called to get some one back out to check this problem and why this new pump isn't working. No one has come out to fix the problem. And the pool is very dark green. I'm going to have to dump a bunch of chemicals in to get it back to the lovely blue color to be able to swim. It will be another 4 days before anyone will possibly be able to get out here. Come on guys. Normally, I love this company. But this is too much.

I tried working with several other pool companies and they were all rushed. They were all over priced and always under-delivered. Working with C&S was easy, they always followed up, and did everything they said they would. I really don't see why anybody would use any other company. Just for icing on the cake, in addition to the stellar service. Their pricing is more competitive than any do other else I called. Using them is a no-brainer.
