It started with him not honoring the discount of the pool kit that was an extra 90 dollar's that he guaranteed that my pool would open clear, or it would go towards the opening of the pool. He also said that he would use his own chemicals but ended up charging me for chemicals used. Didn't screw down over half of the concrete pool cover anchors. And has been ignoring me about a current pool leak that I have.

We had previously used two different, smaller, local pool services and had found several issues with over-selling of products and overall poor maintenance. We switched to Suntime Pools and have been VERY happy. They are certainly not the cheapest service in town, but pool Owners understand that relatively nothing is cheap with a pool and it takes constant attention to keep them operating well. Several things that I really like about Suntime all start with the people - quality, friendly, professional and very responsive to our needs. I have met several people, most of whom come every time to service our pool, and each one has been a stand-out. They are awesome with communication too. I prefer to use email and they are super responsive that they truly make everything easy and no-hassle. They will allow you to pick as much or as little involvement with the service needs as you like. I personally allow them to open, and close the pool and then they do a bi-monthly service for us. They use their chemicals and can also allow you to supply them. Great people, great service! Definitely a Win-Win!

Then come sep17th Jeremiah came and I told him what his boss told me he acted he didn't know what I was talking about. So then Jeremiah and I agreed he could come Saturday I was fine with that he said was coming in the morning. Saturday afternoon rolls around he's saying getting his kids I said that's fine I let go. So then we agreed on Sunday. He texted at 9am and said he had drop off his kids and that he would come to do my pool. Needless to say he never came. 8 o'clock comes I text and say what happened to Sunday afternoon he said I text he back at 9am promptly so didn't come. I cancel my appointment and all he had say was OK. This company does not care about your time at all. They come when they want to come. I have only had a pool for one season decided to use a service to help me open my pool this year. His prices are very fair he is very responsive. I really needed a wizard because my cover failed as I am a rookie. My water turned from a swamp to foggy clear in less than an hour. He made many trips due to my failed memory of a scheduled appointment. He never had a single complaint which I am gracious as I am planning a wedding, got a 4th dog an it's 2021....
