But it doesn't really disappoint me considering Bob has never advertised his store as strictly "sports cards". It's always been "collectors den" which varies from a great selection of comic books that are greatly priced and still does have seem decent sports cards in the shop as well. I can't really blame him for switching to Magic because the store is located on a college campus and Magic is HUGE there and he probably makes a killing on it considering that there is ALWAYS people in there either buying or playing magic and he always gets the new magic cards in. He also has tournaments every week. Bobs also has a good selection supplies for cards and comics, which are also fairly priced. His staff is also nice and and friendly. Although I do wish it was more of a sports shop like it was I can't blame him for making a smart business move. His store is right in the middle of Magic haven. They also sell Pokemon cards that are newer and they are also cheaper than wal mart which was pleasing to me. If your looking for comics and gaming cards this place it perfect for you. And if your looking for sports cards it's sad to that they are better places in town for sports cards but I would still recommend Bobs to anyone.

BrickHouse Collectables is my "go to" place to buy anything Lego. They have all the newly released…read moresets, retired sets and even really cool preowned sets that are insanely hard to find. Pat (the bossman) is super friendly and will greet you by name while helping you find whatever you're looking for no matter how hard unusual of a set it is. I'm always looking forward to my next visit to BHC and seeing Pat at brick building functions in the area. As long as he doesn't tell my wife how much I actually spent, I'll keep shopping at BHC! There is online ordering available as well as a rewards program and gift cards. There is a huge selection of Legos at competitive prices and we love looking at the huge, completed Lego creations that they have on display. There are also collectible cards, magic thingies (the technical term. Ha!), comic books, board games, and small collectibles and gifts. definitely swing on by and support this local small business-just make sure you build in some time to take in all that it has to offer.

Drawers are push to open, it took me forever to figure out but it's a clever mechanic! And of course, what comic store would be complete without a MTG section? They've got benches and card mats in the back :) so get your Black Lotus on. There's something here for everyone and if you're having trouble the staff will gladly assist! A bit too cool for downtown Blue Ridge, honestly, but I'm really glad it's here. Hopefully it becomes a permanent fixture to the area as the town expands and generates more tourism, it would suck to see a place as cool as this go out of business because of a lack of traffic, which I'm afraid of!

But, that being said, they are more than just a comic store. The offer a little bit of everything related to gaming (card games), funko pop, action figures, comics ...... and all the things related to these types of items. I didn't make any purchases and can't speak to price, so you'd have to check that out yourself. But, this is a nice little ship that touches on a lot of different things (in the genre) and is worth checking out if you're in the area .... you may just find that one elusive item that you've been searching for here.

Amazing shop w/ great selection & a lot of heart!!!!!…read more I found the site on Christmas Eve when I was Googling Star Wars figures, and wound up placing a mid-size order for a bunch of used Star Wars action figures - they shipped them out right after Christmas, and just a day later I had them in hand. The box was SO carefully packed - every figure's box was individually wrapped w/ bubble wrap and masking tape, and in perfect condition. This was the first time I'd ever heard of Infinity Flux, and I was super impressed with how they got 4 figures packed, shipped, and delivered within 3 days, all during a holiday week. I love seeing an independent comic shop thriving, and caring well for their customers. Will be placing more orders in the future - thanks!!
