They were very cold and looked at me and said we do not take returns on alcohol. I contacted the manager the store Gary, who acknowledged that I should've received a return however, he refuses to call me back or arrange any kind of return. I've lost all respect for him. I've also contacted top operations management. I've left a message for the president of the company Steve nobody will respond so I went to my bank Wells Fargo and the immediately refunded the whole cost of the wine to me immediately in my favor with a copy of the receipt.
