The hallways and public areas were clean and tidy. Our focus room was quite hot but the staff remedied that quick enough. Everyone I encountered here was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and really seemed to care about the subject matter and outcome of the days events. I would not hesitate a moment to return, if invited again. I would have expected a tad better and bigger lunch and a few more snacks but other than that I had a great experience.
