Now it's turned into an AI-driven numbers game with little to no personal involvement from the people who are supposed to be "recruiters" and upcharging the client as such. If I'm hiring someone and paying a recruiter to provide me the best candidates, I would want to know that judgement and experience are involved. Otherwise, why would I pay that extra fee?

They have matches prices we have received from other vendors, and are all around trustworthy and helpful. Not to mention: fast.
