Do not take your car here! if you value your time or if your car is dirty because it will take them a day n a half maybe you should state this on your marketing not "Top Quality Service" False advertisement. Dropped off my car at 2 PM was supposed to be ready by 4PM according to the service rep after walking the car I booked "Express Service" which in their terms apparently means the car should be perfectly clean for them so they can finish it in 2 hours my car was fairly clean not trashed & the service rep signed me off for it. Got no call or text I showed up at 6:30PM to a service tech with my car pulled up to the work station with the car running listening to music what a completely lack of professionalism from this place. I will say this is the worst service I've ever seen out of a shop you would almost have to try to give terrible service to have a car guy like myself writing one of these reviews. I walked up the tech while he was by my car on idle listening to his music from my car doing nothing 1 other tech working on another car. He told me the "guys in the office should have called you" yea you think maybe 3 hours ago they should have called. He proceeded to try and feed me some bs about the amount of time my car would require because of their "Professional Detail Service" don't believe one word they say I've had my car fully detailed with seats removed carpet shampooed I'm not new to this I know what it takes to detail a car I've had amazing service when paying for this level of detail. Don't let the fake Marketing fool you I definately won't let this happen again. This being my first experience for a car detail in Washington coming from California I now know wash my own car if I don't want to deal with unprofessional nonsense. After being told at 1:00 PM it was "almost done," I arrived at 2:00 PM to find out they hadn't even started. I spent $50 on Ubers and rearranged my entire day for nothing. We had a mostly excellent experience with getting our very filthy exterior extended cab Jeep gladiator. Very Taki overnight to finish it and I want fantastic. My only real if you talk anyways the formats and steering wheel was very greasy. I literally couldn't even walk at the grocery store because the floor mats were just greased up and got all over my shoes. I had to go home and change my shoes and take out the floor mats spray them down with dish soap to get the grease off. I think it was some sort of shine product like armor or something. I just can't wrap my head around why anyone would do that. Other than that issue the entire staff was very professional and fairly priced for what we received. read more

I brought my 2021 Challenger Scatpack Widebody to A1 for a full complete detail inside and out. At first I was really happy with the quality and fast turnaround. Seemed to be a good deal. The gentleman who worked on my car was awesome but I didn't catch his name. I also worked with John who provided solid service. The reason I am providing a 1 star review is that they got some sort of a residue on my plastic dash under the windshield. They might've used a chemical too harsh and damaged the plastic. I brought it back and they attempted to fix it, which I was really happy about, but when they couldn't the owner Miguel decided to gaslight me and say it was already there. A simple apology probably would've made me drop it because it isn't super noticeable damage depending on the lighting. Unfortunately I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend anyone else goes to this business for any of their provided services. It really bums me out because the employees were solid, the owner just seems to lack people skills and business experience. read more

I came here to get all my windows and windshield tinted on my Lexus. I had to get them redone three times, the first time there was a ridge in the film right above my steering wheel. The second time I came in, they said the tint was defective with lots of scratches and they were unable to apply it. They ceramic coated my windshield and washed my car for free the next time I went in for the trouble, but even the wash was not done very well, I could still see water spots on the back of my car. The third time I had to go back I noticed another scratch on my windshield and some large bubbles in the back that were permanent. This time I was getting unsure that they would even be able to complete the work up to my standards, and I tried to ask the installer to please make sure it gets done right this time. I was instantly barraged with excuses and attitude. He complained about the time it would take him to redo both windows, he brought up how my back window is "very hard to do" (it's a coupe) and mentioned insignificant small rock chips in my windshield. He refused to even look at the scratch I was pointing out in my windshield (nowhere near a rock chip btw) until I had enough and raised my voice at him. At first picking up my car after the last time, it looked fine, but I started noticing contamination specks, a trapped fiber, and lots of scratches in the film after it started curing. After I sent these pictures to them, they started ignoring all my calls and only answered when I called from a different number. I tried to schedule a refund, but the manager John declined and wouldn't provide a valid reason. He continued gaslighting me, saying that the scratch on my windshield is fixable when it's not, and even if it was, there are at least 5 contamination issues per window as well that need to be removed. He also tried to say the contamination pictured was acceptable and that at a certain point "it's not them anymore". I was so disappointed with his response as I trusted this shop to deliver a clean, professional job and when they couldn't, they couldn't even accept the blame for it. Think twice before ever trusting this shop with your car, they WILL do lazy, horrible work and try to manipulate you into accepting it. These are inexperienced and self-important people masquerading as professionals. I have never felt so disrespected at a place of business, and I will never be back in my life. read more

First time going to A1 Auto Detailing. Recently bought a Hyundai Ioniq 6 which got a few rock chips and some parking lot damage in the first couple months. Miguel talked me through paint corrections and PPF options. They had a Black Friday deal and I ended up going with the full front PPF and they also worked in paint corrections where needed + ceramic coating on the rest of the car. They did a great job on the PPF cuts and application in half the expected time, and with a 10 year warranty on the PPF they back their work. read more

They do Garbage work on your vehicle and then when you bring it up to the owner Miguel he just gets offended and starts getting defensive. After they did ceramic coating on my car without any paint correction they gave me some Garbage product claiming it's a ceramic booster to use after washes. This product was almost black in color and when it sits it turns clear. I tried it on a few spots and caused alot of smearing. Ramona went above and beyond! She let me know she was running a few minutes late. My car was in pretty bad shape, and she scrubbed the heck out of it, and stayed to make sure the job was done. The rain came down in sheets after being sunny (as Seattle spring will), and she didn't mind, eventually she threw a tent up. She even wore knee pads so I knew she was serious! Disappointed with quality of service. To be honest, my car looks cleaner (inside and out) when I do it myself and it takes me less time. The windows (interior) look worse than before the clean somehow. I reached out to the business to ask if they could come back and clean windows and guarantee their work from their website which includes "streak free windows" (for the express cleaning) but they did not offer to do so and said I should pay for a more detailed service next time. I was sent a 10% off coupon for a future service but with all due respect I won't be using this company in the future because they clearly don't guarantee their work. $220 later and I will have to clean all my windows again (as well as remove other areas of dirt missed outside my car). Credit due for a thorough vacuuming and no extra charge for mobile service but otherwise cannot recommend this business for their express service. *note: picture of back window with the finger marks are from me to show all the residue on the window* Update in response to owners response: There were no threats made to your company and all conversations were via email and professional. I had called for a complete detail on my VW Atlas, asked for everything to be done, including engine bay, undercarriage. Was told no problem. Was quoted $519 after tax because it had third row it would cost more. Was offered for them to come out to my residence, declined. When picking car up, I did a quick overall. I noticed right away that there was chunks of sap left on the paint and red dripping, was told it was their coating product. The kid there quickly removed what he could find, the rest seemed okay. I had to get going, had an appointment. Next day taking pictures...engine bay, undercarriage and trunk was not done at all! Called company, had to leave message through text , they do not pick up. Was called back by a Rick, was told I needed to send proof in email and the manager, Miguel would get back to me. Never heard anything... Went to business the following Thursday, took time out of my work day. They had Miguel call me. He proceeded to give me many excuses, stated for me to not yell. I was not, but very upset. After declining to give me a discount, only offering me to bring car in and let them finish, he finally offered to come out to my residence. I was notified Friday night that they were coming Saturday morning at 8 am. Good thing I wad available!! Ramona showed up, she was amazing! She apologized for her employees after seeing my car, stated they were all new. Said Miguel was out of town. She spent almost two more hours on my car. Shr made it right, not Miguel. I had given the kid a $40 tip. I told her it should be hers. I would steer clear of this company, very disappointed and dishonest. I have been in customer service for 30 years. He has everything he needs, .e.g, equipment and tools. He spent a few hours, tirelessly detailing our mini van. It was quite dirty as we have a toddler. After 3-4 hours, the car was ready, and it was super clean inside and outside. He even cleaned nitty gritty details on the dashboard and inside the lock. Amazing! I'd give 6 stars if they'd let me. Miguel and Darren were absolute pros. I put the request for quotes out, and Miguel was the first one to ask for a number to call to get personalized details. I described the condition of my car (wife uses it to transport 3 dogs to a from a park) and he didn't even blink. He confirmed the time, stayed in regular communication throughout the week, let me know the day of that he was running a few minutes late due to a previous vehicle. When they showed up they were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Due to the hour I offered to reschedule for another time, but they told me they'd take care of my car despite it being past 1800 when they showed up. The car looks better than new, my jaw hit the floor hard enough to dent it when I saw it. They scrubbed, shampooed, and vacuumed everything, and any ounce of pet odor is gone. On the outside, they washed, detailed, and waxed it to perfection. I'm a huge fan of hard work, but these guys nailed it. They just became my go-to for any auto car in the future.
