I elevated this review to three stars based on my belief that we're heading in the right direction. We both want the issues resolved in a positive and professional manner, and I will continue to update this review as we progress. It's a real bummer that I'll likely be without my BMW for a month, but it's a reality I'm working to accept. I can see the owner making a genuine effort to make things right, which I greatly appreciate. Original Review, posted 9/30/25: I recently worked with The Paddock Film Works in Woodinville on a project for my BMW X7. The total cost was over $9,000, of which I paid a $2,000 deposit. The work remains incomplete, and after what was done, I raised concerns about the quality of the workmanship, the value received, and damage I believe occurred as a result of the work. I have since obtained a repair estimate from another shop exceeding $6,400 to address the issues I identified. I reached out to The Paddock by email, but the response I received did not address my concerns, and since then I have experienced a lack of communication from the company. At this time, my concerns remain unresolved, and I am still waiting for the company to meaningfully address them. I am posting this review to share my current experience so far and will update it once I know how The Paddock handles my dissatisfaction.
