First, their team re-roofed our back two story house with a torch down 2 ply product for the flat roof. That came out great and on time, so we hired them to remove 3 layers of roofing on our other pitched roof front house in PB. The also added new sheathing over the old skip sheathing that was used for the original layer of wood shingles and finished with a 50 year comp shingle product. Well this week we had an issue with the new garbage disposal and vent line and I reached out to Austin at Golden West, sent some pictures, and asked if they'd be able to come back out and address it. Austin was at our house personally in less than 24 hours and secured the vent and line to the garbage disposal. I think it shows a lot of character for a contractor to come back and fix an issue with a couple they completed months ago, and to do so in 24 hours!
