TKT just installed tile and painted my house. Ernest pricing was very competitive, and all the workers were diligent, punctual and professional. His painting crew was incredibly detailed and conscientious to ensure the job was done correctly and certainly exceed my expectations. Nacho the foreman was meticulous and particular to ensure the grain pattern of the wood looking porcelain tile wasn't repeated, or duplicated in close proximity to ensure the tile appears as natural as possible. Had TKT fix a leaky patio roof and added some stucco to a weird corner of my house that was previously exposed brick and plywood. The color and pattern of the stucco could have been better matched but we plan on painting over any way. Its definitely better than it was before and the construction looks solid. The main thing was the price. Had several companies quote me several thousands of dollars more for the same amount of work. After reading many reviews on Yelp and Google, we hired TKT General Contractors to patch and paint the interior of our daughter's house. We contacted Ernest who immediately sent us a copy of their license and insurance information. They provided a very reasonable quote and the end result exceeded our expectations. Ernest, Maria and Nacho, the TKT team, did a wonderful job! TKT General Contractors is a dependable, women owned company. The TKT crew does great work and were easy to work with. They were extremely efficient and responsive. After they completed the painting, we decided to have them remodel the kitchen. During the course of the remodel, they discovered the water pipes were clogged, rusted and falling apart. (The pipes were cast iron with a life span of about 60 years, these were way past their life span.) TKT had a plumber come to check out the pipes and provide a quote. In the end, TKT saved us money by having their staff replace all of the plumbing. As previously mentioned, there were other trades involved. There was an electrician and a plumber. Ernest made sure the work was coordinated so there were no delays and kept the work flowing so it was completed in the timeframe he initially gave us. Ernest was always available to answer our questions, address our concerns and provide us with suggestions and different options. TKT General Contractors is a very professional company. Hardly ever do I give 5 stars to anyone, I'm a tuff customer, I expect value and satisfaction for my hard earned dollar. Through TKT General Contractor I received everything I wanted and hoped for. The scope of work involved the clearing and prepping of an area, then the pouring and finishing of a 16' x 18' cement slab, they were responsible for the slab portion of the project only, not the building of the structure. I already had the plans made and the permit pulled for the slab/structure, so they didn't have to contend with that aspect of the project. The slab was part of a non-livable storage/work space structure I needed desperately. They were open to questions and suggestions throughout the project and I made sure I had most of my questions answered before they even started. I wanted to make sure there were no misunderstandings with this project. There price-point bid for the project was well within my budget and in the end they gave me a beautiful slab. The builder of the structure even said the slab was nice and level and the corners were as near perfect 90 degrees as could be, so even the builder was impressed. TKT General Contractor worked on our master bathroom complete remodeling. Our house was built in 2000 and still had the original ceramic white tiles from the shower walls, bath tub and countertops.
